I have been to this place twice and not happy. First I ordered a chicken sandwich and grease poured out of it and made the bun soggy. Staff was rude about it. Today I ordered a burger and it had so much Rebel sauce on it, I couldn't even taste the burger at all. Not happy about this place at all.
Ordered takeout. Multiple different combos. It arrived with NO way to know who’s combo was what. And they were not packaged as a combo. 3 combos got loose burgers and ONE big box of fries… who’s fries are those???? Are we supposed to share? Takeout was ordered because we are all busy doing other stuff in different areas, how we supposed to share fries??? Very pricey. Good food. HORRIBLE packaging decisions. 100% do NOT recommend take out from this place
I sent an email to them and was supposed to be contacted but 4 days later and still nothing!
The food was fine it’s the customer service that is lacking big time!!!! I was told more than once that I was wrong and they were right about our incorrect order 😳
Oh when u put a bad review they just take it down!
