Pizza Hut is an indulgence for us, but the last one was a major disappointment. It was 3:30 in the afternoon, so not busy, I was the only one in the store. Pizza was undercooked. Meaning to rush it they slid it further into the oven at the start or reached in and pulled it out early. Either way the crust (the best part) was just soggy not crispy. On top of that, while they attempted to cut it, none of the slices were actually cut through so we had to recut it. Maybe those factors are related, but either way, take some pride in your job and cook it right and take those extra 2 seconds and cut it right. Unfortunately I will be driving past this store to Sarnia from now on.

I was driving by pizza hut in corruna yesterday met a guy working inside his name plate said Gaurang as far as I know. He was seeming like in a really bad mood, and 100% was drunk at work, gave me the worst customer service ever. He said very offensive words and threatend to assault me physically. It's unbelievable how bad customer service has gone down the hill and that too a in a very big and reputable brand like pizza hut. Highly disappointed really concerned and pizza hut canada should look into that.

It was very quick and simple to order and the people there were nice and friendly. The pizza I got was nice and fresh and tasted heavenly after a long day of work. I would get pizza from here again.
