I have been working there for almost 3 years. I love coming into work. The customers are absolutely amazing. It's a busy location. We are a fast paced location. The staff manages to get through our busy rushes and the customers leave happy.

I am a former employee at this location. Terrible store, management is aweful, the owner is aweful, they break countless Tim Hortons policies on a daily basis as well as Ontario laws. They have cockroaches, fail to take down the legally required paperwork prior to hiring a new employee, re-label expired product on a daily basis, their back door doesn't lock (you can just pull on it hard to open it) and when you bring any issues to the managers attention (her name is Tracy) she will say "I'm YOUR manager, not the other way around, right?" Instead of attempting to address any problems. The owner, after having me informing him (his name is Peter) that there are countless laws and Tim Hortons policies being broken daily, he refused to hear any of the issues because I quit.

This store is terrible. They NEVER have steeped tea brewed on the weekends when it’s another set of staff.I’ve literally been coming everyday at the same time in the morning for steeped tea. This morning, after waiting 10 mins and after ordering 1 tea. I was asked to wait 10 more minutes for it to be brewed. Avoid Corunna location at ALL costs!!!

This is the ONLY Tim Hortons that I’ve been to in Lambton County that doesn’t give dogs free Tim Bits at the window. Instead they charge for it and give a crusty old plain Tim Bit. I don’t mind paying but at other locations the employees get excited to give dogs Tim Bits. NOT HERE! They used to but I think they must have changed ownership. Horrible customer service. They probably just throw them out at the end of the night anyways.

I always stop here when I pick up groceries. Friendly staff. Drivethru can be slow at times.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are other spots closer to the door.

Another Tim Hortons that doesn’t realize customers are important to their business. Walked in to order, couple in front of me left, I waited 5 minutes as I watched many of the staff walk by only concerned about their cohorts. Paying customers definitely not important. Drive thru was their main concern ONLY. As I was waiting, one of the staff/manager addressed another staff member to look after the waiting customers. Absolutely no response from the staff, this is when I walked out. I’m DONE with Tim Hortons!

Fill the cups mainly if they come in a clear one… don’t tell your employees to stop at the 4th line that looks very bad on you mainly when nowhere else does that

The staff here are always very rude. I have yet to go there when there was someone pleasant working. And they don't give dog timbits here!
