I drove through the Tim Hortons and had to wait approximately 12 minutes before I could move forward. When I finally got to the speaker system, I was greeted with a, “what do you want“, I responded just a bottle of water and with an exaggerated tone, the response was and I “, “that’s it!“. I drove around to pick up my order and I was presented with just the payment option no greeting or anything else. I travel a lot in Southwest Ontario and that is the absolute worst Customer Service. I’ve experienced thus far. And just so you know I’ve been to Brantford.

Day before yesterday, my wife ordered a breakfast sandwich meal and only received the coffee, no hashbrown. When she asked about it, the staff member flat-out told her that breakfast meals don’t include hashbrowns and that she’d have to buy one separately. The very next day, she ordered the exact same meal again, and this time it did include a hashbrown. Another staff member confirmed that the breakfast meal is supposed to come with one. So clearly, we paid for food we never received the first time. To make matters worse, that second order was wrong as well. One sandwich was supposed to be sausage and egg, with the other being sausage only, yet both came with egg. On top of all that, the service was rude. When my wife asked what other drink options were available in the morning, the staff member gave her attitude instead of a simple answer. Overall these experiences were quite unpleasant for her.

I live in Corunna and for the last 3 years our Tim Horton has struggled to provide consistent quality of food and service. At times it has been excellent to very poor. More recently July and August of 2025 the food quality has been very inconsistent. The food does not taste fresh, and the presentation looks thrown together without care. I'm usually there in the early mornings.
