Chucks is a great place to eat. Prices are very reasonable and they've got a great variety of food to choose from. Highly recommend .

I had an incredible experience at Chuck’s Roadhouse! The atmosphere was welcoming, with a perfect mix of casual and lively vibes. Try and get served.....crap. Sitting here for more than 25 minutes before we got a drink. No ice in drinks!!!!!! Here for an hour and still no food. Worst service EVER!!!! NEW OWNERS

We went to this location previously for my birthday and we all absolutely loved everything about it! But last night my husband and I went with my step daughter and son in law for our anniversary and it was a completely different experience. It was an extremely long wait to even get our drinks, (which I couldn’t even drink because they were SO strong). Our server was nice but she couldn’t understand us when we were trying to order, so we all had to repeat our order multiple times over and over again (and even then my son in laws order was wrong). He doesn’t eat vegetables which he had asked for none (multiple times) and then his plate comes and there is a bowl of corn on his plate. But that was okay because I just took it from him. We ended up having to wait over 5 minutes after three of the meals arrived for the last persons meal to arrive. I ordered a porterhouse steak (medium rare), and it was closer to rare with a lot of raw fat and gristle that wasn’t “broken down”. My husband ordered the teriyaki steak skillet and he has had “stomach issues” all day”. And the bathrooms or I should say bathroom for a restaurant that is that busy with that many customers where there is only one available bathroom for both male and female customers so you have to stand and wait. I am hoping that this was just an “off night”, as like I said we absolutely loved everything when we went in October.

Front door kept sticking open when people came in allowing cold wind in, server seemed to have very little training, brought tea in a small serving pot then left without bringing a cup or spoon. When we brought it to her attention she said that's how they always serve it ? Then when food came we had to ask twice about missing side order. Definitely not usual for Chuck's, at least not the one I usually go to.

Horrible customer service. Asked for a table for 10. Said they couldn't accommodate even though there was 5 empty table.

So we asked if we can split our group. So 5 at each table. The waitress said that can be done either. It was evident that she wasn't willing to work out anything.

I would leave a zero star if I could.
