We had such a wonderful experience here. I hope I am spelling his name right but “Akash” was so helpful and professional. He brought us waters and offered me a coffee. We will definitely be back to this location!

I had a cake made for my husband's birthday it was fantastic

I visit both this location and the Bowmanville location pretty regularly and I have to say I'm utterly thrilled with the team that they have put together at both locations. They are attentive and kind and always have a smile. Big shout out to Akash, the best blizzard wizard in town!!!

The manager RHONDA was an absolute horror!! We went to enjoy a nice evening, ice cream and dinner for the kids and everything was missing soggy and dry! We went back to get our food that we were missing and they started yelling and cussing at us. In front of everybody including kids in the store!
Finally, they gave me a partial refund while complaining and then she stormed off
There should not be people like this working in places that are geared towards children and families! Fire ASAP

This is a DQ with exceptional service, friendly staff, and plenty of room for seating. The freezer displays were well stocked and the store was very clean. So clean someone wiped out. The store was perfect temperature for the outside heat. Proud that the workers are so hard working, despite the busy rushes. The first time I went, the store was quite cold, truly taking the Grill and Chill name to the next level. Food got cold quickly. It was better this time round, bathrooms were tidy, tables needed a wipe down and the automatic doors were not fully functional, making the wheelchair that entered require extra assisstance. Food was quick and tasty.

Excellent food and service takes me back to the good old days of my youth.

Rhonda's customer service is absolutely outstanding. I hope that is her name as it was on the receipt. She helped me with a cake and it dine in dinner and even brought food to the table. Food was great and so was the cake! Prices are great as well. Highly recommend!!!
