This is my favorite coffee shop. The coffees are delicious, I love the white zombie, hei hei and Micheal Myer. The staff is always super friendly. The superzooka store is cool in the back with rare and fun items you can get. As well, I love the areas for small artist to be able to sell there stuff. I like to go here at least once a month to get my fix.

This place was on my list of visits for such a long time. What a let down.
The coffee I had was alright, didnt bother with food as it all looked like day olds from some kids bake sale. The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful, which is the only saving grace to the obnoxious menu. However, I saw another customer rudely cut in front of a group today - to which the barista seemed startled and said something to the jerk. He just lost it on the poor girl and stormed out. Turns out this guy must've complained or something - because now I've found out she was fired.
So, I guess on top of a pretty big horrorshow of the flea-market, ali-express style shmorgesport of cheap 'horror' merchandise, and no edible food, the management seems to be run by some type of ridiculous dicator with no regard for their employees. I feel bad for the other people who were working that day.
Will NOT be back.

Treats their employees horribly for handling inconsiderate customers politely and appropriately. The worker was let go after the customer had a temper tantrum. Management needs a fix.
Talk about atmosphere, this is a great coffee shop if you are a horror fanatic in any way. 2nd time here when visiting family, if you are in the area and like coffee give it a try. I asked questions of the 3 staff all about their coffees and events and they helped me pick a dark roast bag of beans and helped with my coffees to go, and told me of the possibility of having your own birthday party there. All were very attentive

Word travels fast in this tight knit community of alternative people, and word is that a wonderfully patient server, I believe her name was Natasha, has been fired today from coffin creek after an incredibly impatient and rude older man tried to cut ahead of us in line in the middle of us ordering. Natasha was patient in trying to confirm if the man was with us, which he wasn't, and once she confirmed he was not with us, he was still persistent in trying to butt ahead of us. When he was denied cutting the line he then stormed off out of the building with the attitude of a child. I want the owners to know that after finding out she has been fired I have lost my interest in supporting this business anymore if the owner cant even stand behind their associates in the face of rude customers.

We were in earlier today and I had a Ripley cold which was really good. We had a server named Natasha who was very personable and served us with a smile. When we got to the front of the line and we were trying to decide, a rude customer behind us tried to cut the line impatiently. Natasha handled it with grace and even offered to check him out while we were deciding, asking us if that was okay. He then proceeded to storm out. She handled the situation so well and didn't let it get to her as she served us. She is an amazing worker and it's people like her that make the cafe a great spot to get a coffee.

If I could give 10 stars for service, I would. The staff here are fantastic. I went yesterday to pick up coffee grinds, I walk in, the lady said she was closed. I said I was so sorry and began to walk out, when she said “well what are you here for? If it’s just coffee beans or grinds I can do that” and she still let me purchase my coffee. Now that is customer service. I am sorry I didn’t get her name, a beautiful lady with nice glasses and a kind smile. Thank you so much for making an exception, it might seem small but you saved me a trip back into town!! I appreciate you!!

I wish I lived closer so that I could spend more time at Coffin Creek Cafe, formerly Deadly Grounds.
I am a horror fanatic and love going to this place. The staff have always been great, the coffee has always been great, and the snacks have always been, you guessed it, great.
I love that they cycle in new products, as I usually never leave without a new keychain, ring, necklace, or some other knickknack.
Make sure to check the hidden room in the shop for a spooky surprise!
