Ordered a chicken burrito bowl and all the chicken was raw
Stopped in and had a wonderful lunch. Everything was fresh and made correctly.
Was planning to order take out, store is supposed to close at 11. Couldn’t order food online for some reason, so I called the store. The girl on the phone was rude and disinterested and told me they closed earlier than listed everywhere and weren’t taking orders. Won’t ever return to this chain. Unprofessional staff who don’t care about the business are not needed

i love the burritos and the service a location opened up a few months ago in my area and i never tried it before so i went in and had a burrito and fell in love with the food the restaurant is my favorite now for burritos and i love there service the rideau street location is amazing the staff are polite and very helpful
It was my first time at any fat bastard location and I wasn't sure which meat to choose. The staff was kind enough to offer me a taster to decide which meat to get. I went with the chicken burrito with all of the toppings. The staff took really good care of the toppings and rolling and the location and kitchen was exceptionally clean. Will be coming back here.

I would echo the other reviews. Paid for extra meat, bowl wasn’t even close to full.

Tried for the first time and felt so unwelcome I regret not leaving. my overpriced burrito was awful so wet and gross.. went back another day the staff was nicer but again didn’t like it so I asked for advice on their page and someone comes back at me with a pretty disgusting comment.. rude customer service and gross over priced food.. zero stars!
I did not need to eat the size of burrito that was delivered to me. But I could not stop once I started. It was too delicious. I ate this whole thing. I’m still full. 5/5 dopamine boosting comfort food
The issue we had was not the quality of food, it was the quantity. We ordered chicken burrito bowls for delivery and when they arrived we were so surprised on how little was in the bowl. One bowl had no rice or noodles and usually burrito places add extra lettuce when this happens, but this bowl had a handful of lettuce. The sauce was limited, the chip crunch toppings were missing and all the other toppings were so limited it was pretty much like eating just chicken. One bowl costs $15 which was so overpriced, fora bowl that would be considered a kids meal. It was surprising because their bowls are normally so big that we have enough for lunch the next day. Cost of food has gone up, the quantity has gone wayyyyyy down.

Good food but just drove 30
Minutes but was closed when listed as open
Ordered 3 burritos. None were labelled for the third time. Paid extra for the sweet potato and didn’t receive any. Frustrating since this continues to happen at the Lindsay location.
