Ordered hook and ladder and the bread was nasty absolutely not fresh at all stale bread for a premium sub place is crazy!

Ordered cheese on the hook and ladder and there wasn’t any….. hook and ladder advertising cheese as it’s a default ingredient and it was forgotten.

Won’t be ordering from here again, so disappointed.

Food was delicious but it took me 25 minutes to get my sub and when I look into the kitchen and see the chefs they're always just stood still and talking to
Each other.

My wife and I went to Firehouse yesterday, and the service was really good. The place was clean, the food came out just right, and the cashier, Navnit, was pleasant as always and it's nice how the team member remembers us since we’re regulars. It’s nice to get that kind of friendly atmosphere.

Always made this my Go To location til i realized they actually charge more for add ons then all the other locations. Taking advantage of your customers is a sure way to lose em!! Not cool. I instantly cancelled my order and went to another location instead ! Greed is a sin.

Upon further research they are under new management! Do not go here , support somewhere else. Quality and customer integrity is completely out the window now with them.

I received a very plain, as ordered steak and cheese. Upon receiving it, fairly quickly considering it was busy, I open it on the ride and it's cold. How the heck do u hamd me a cold sandwhich. The cheese is hard, the steak is cold. Even the bun, what has happened to this location. So sad, very disappointing.

Went there on a Saturday couldn't get service because only one person working and she was overwhelmed, manger should be in there helping when only one person working , but that's just common sense

Heard good things about them, weather for first time for a pickup order. The review won't be as credible 😀

I got steak and cheese sandwich and beef brisket sandwich full size, it was $45. Definitely on pricier side, however the sandwiches are good.

The atmosphere inside looks great and they have enough space. I'll try to give few more sandwiches at try later.

Used to be great, but since new management took over the quality of food and customer service has gone downhill. Really disappointing to see a place I used to enjoy take such a step backwards.

Must be under NEW management, I stood by the cash about 5 mins and no one seemed to be working there, so I walked out !
I will not be going back to that location, seems they are all getting bought and run to the ground…so sad what’s happening to the fast food industry here in Ontario

Putting the scrap ends of tomatoes on a $20 sub is ridiculous.
