We ordered a party size pizza for pick up tonight and unfortunately it was made incorrect. They went above and beyond to make the situation right by making us a new one and even gave us the incorrect one free of charge. On top of that we ordered wedges and decided to eat them in the car while we waited for the new pizza to be made. They were so kind that they gave us another box of wedges free of charge. Absolutely outstanding customer service. We have another pizza nova closer to our house but we choose to come to this location as it's always a better pizza. Thanks again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We ordered from here all the time until recently when everyone in my home who ate the marinara dip got sick. Never again. Edit due to reply: we did contact customer service already. They said they'd look into it but nothing else. Not even the offer of a refund. I took a sick day from work after this so... Yeah.

The young man working there Saturday afternoon gave me excellent customer service. I had a few questions about prices and what I was able to add onto my walk-in special medium pizza. Ended up getting Bruschetta. He had it hot and ready for me in under 10mins and the pizza was nicely made and cooked.
