We ordered a party size pizza for pick up tonight and unfortunately it was made incorrect. They went above and beyond to make the situation right by making us a new one and even gave us the incorrect one free of charge. On top of that we ordered wedges and decided to eat them in the car while we waited for the new pizza to be made. They were so kind that they gave us another box of wedges free of charge. Absolutely outstanding customer service. We have another pizza nova closer...

The young man working there Saturday afternoon gave me excellent customer service. I had a few questions about prices and what I was able to add onto my walk-in special medium pizza. Ended up getting Bruschetta.
He had it hot and ready for me in under 10mins and the pizza was nicely made and cooked.

GIVE HIM A RAISE!!!

Normally the food is good, but with superb customer service, brings it to a whole new level
