I ordered a cookie, sandwich, and 2 drinks, you would think it wouldn’t take long because they just have to heat up the food and make simple coffees. It took almost 20 minutes to get my one drink and one food, 5 more minutes to get my other drink, and they forgot my cookie. I told the worker“ I’m also missing a cookie “ and she proceeded to say under her breath in a very mean way “ I have no idea when that’s coming “. Next time say it to my face and maybe have some better manners and service.

Decent place, just depends when you go:
Any time before 3pm and after 5pm? Easy going, fast service and great environment to converse or work.

Any time between 3pm and after 5pm? A thousand grade 9 kids bouncing off the walls, saying 'bruh' every three seconds and generally trying way to hard to swear as much as possible.

Liked the patio outside. Service is good too.

This is my 3rd time ordering from this location and 3 times in a row I didn't get straws for my mocha drinks. 20 dollars drinks like come on people just it together. I'll be calling everytime now to make sure there is straws

It's fine but I've requested ketchup in the app multiple times and it's rarely in my bags. There's a nice patio to sit outside and the parking spots reserved for takeout orders are convenient.

Someone doesn't pay attention to the details. Do not order from your phone unless you want a terrible feeling to start your day.

Very confused staff here at this location.
I was waiting at an open register to order and the only one waiting and was told to hold on they would be right with me. Another individual approached and started to wait beside me. He was served first and the 4people that was with him before me.
I definitely won't be back the service was deplorable and the place was a confusing mess.

Mike , Kosi & alison invented an amazing new drink for me . It was perfect . The store is new and clean . I will definitely be back just for their flawless customer service .
