It's fine but I've requested ketchup in the app multiple times and it's rarely in my bags. There's a nice patio to sit outside and the parking spots reserved for takeout orders are convenient.

Someone doesn't pay attention to the details. Do not order from your phone unless you want a terrible feeling to start your day.

Very confused staff here at this location.
I was waiting at an open register to order and the only one waiting and was told to hold on they would be right with me. Another individual approached and started to wait beside me. He was served first and the 4people that was with him before me.
I definitely won't be back the service was deplorable and the place was a confusing mess.

Mike , Kosi & alison invented an amazing new drink for me . It was perfect . The store is new and clean . I will definitely be back just for their flawless customer service .

Just wanted to say maybe staff was having a bad day we placed our order sat down and waited 10 minutes nobody called our name so we checked the counter and it was there not sure how long it was there but was disappointed usually they are friendly
And it wasn’t even a busy day also music was loud and made it hard to carry on a conversation

Great new spot for coffee. Lots of room to sit amd chat, staff are helpful and friendly.

This location: A-E, one star removed for locking bathroom doors. As if baristas don't already have enough to do, they have to monitor and unlock washrooms now? If security is an issue, this is a major corporation, they can hire a security manager or guard. This is not the case, so far, at the new Ritson and Beatrice location in Oshawa, though it may be coming haha.

Very nice Starbucks location, physically-speaking. Unfortunately, on New Year's Day 2025, the staff was unable to perform at an acceptable level. Our cafe vanilla frappes contained NO vanilla—fancy that! I am not sure what our recourse is, whether a refund is attainable, so I take my struggle here, to this public forum... here, maybe, I will some semblance of justice. Thank you.

Today was a little busy at the shop but Matt did a great job I really enjoyed our small encounter smiles all around thx Matt☺️☺️

Lots of spacious, comfortable in door seating.
A veritable army of Baristas on duty for the morning rush.
Four, count 'em FOUR washrooms.
And a very nice, large outdoor patio to enjoy in the good weather.

Friendliest staff of any location I’ve been to, and also the quickest. I’m always greeted happily and by name whenever I come in. I’ve had many great chit chats and laughs with some of the baristas here. They always have my iced water ready with my order without me even asking. They actually care that you’re happy with your beverage! It’s my favourite Starbucks in the area.
