I've ordered take out many time. During the pandemic I actually ordered every Friday. I went in recently to sit in with my kiddos. The food was okay, waitress was a sweetheart, however, the overall experience was not great. If your looking for a quick bite it works.

Visited for my first time with my bf and the hostess wasn't very friendly upon greeting us. The booths weren't very comfy. There weren't very many people eating, just at the bar having drinks. There was another table of 3 having a meal. We waited for over 25 mins for our food. IMO that is too long with no one else eating. However it was worth the wait because it was delicious. They did not skimp on the cheese for sure! Unfortunately though, I don't think we will be back.

Went to Bitmore’s for a girl’s night out on Saturday. Worst dinner ever! Caesar came with a lady bug hiding within the dish. I almost didn’t see it. Disgusting 🤮 The kitchen staff should wash their lettuce prior to serving. The server returned the dish back to the kitchen and came out with a new one. I questioned if it was even fresh or did they just pick out the lady bug and returned the dish back to me. Needless to say, I didn’t eat it. Given my experience, I was worried about the entree that I ordered - the butter chicken. Unfortunately, the caesar salad set the stage for the rest of the meal. The butter chicken looked as bad as it tasted. The chicken was dry and I don’t know what the sauce was, but it wasn’t butter chicken. Very disappointing. A word of caution - I would NOT recommend eating there, but if you choose to do so, be CAREFUL.

Had an Amazing time at The Bittmore Last evening. Food was incredible. The staff were amazing and they had the band Tungsten playing. They really rocked the place. We had originally gone to watch the Jays game but wound up staying until they finished their last set. Wings were awesome and we tried the Jaffna Suicide sauce, which was very flavourful and definitely hot. Will definitely be back soon. French onion soup was delicious as well.

Food was mostly not good and bland. Lemon pepper wings were good and the chili on the side of the nachos were good. Not the nachos though. Lacked toppings. Nothing else was very good. Bland and boring. Dip was just cream cheese basically. No cilantro or good flavour on the fish tacos. Just fish and cole slaw. French onion soup was very tomatoe flavoured with orange cheese on top. Every person at our table of 7 was a little disappointed with their meal.

Service great! The staff was nice. The only thing I found as a negative, my wine glass was wet, like it hadn't been dried after washing.
Lots of parking, place looks great from the outside. Go in on ground level so it's wheelchair accessible. Lots of seating and if you're a sports fan, TV's to watch the game. They offer specials on game nights. We had the Thursday night special, pound of wings with fries and it was really good! The staff is friendly and polite, I recommend this place for people to try for sure!

The food is amazing! The portion sizes are very large! I have loved every meal that I have eaten there! The service is very good as well! One of my favourite places to go eat ! Highly recommend it!
Vegetarian options: My daughter is a vegetarian and there is lots of options for her which is nice to see!
Kid-friendliness: My granddaughter who is 4 loves eating there as well! Definitely kid friendly !
