I tried the halibut sandwich last week and have been in 3 times since for it! Absolutely incredible. Really good food, nice guy behind the counter too.

Always great staff n Amazing 🐟. Nowadays it's hard to find a quality piece of fish bc most places will cut the fish in half so its so thin so I was looking thru ads for fish n chips n Oshawa used to have good places but its 💩 everywhere so I tried just outta Oshawa. Found this place and now it's hands down my go to Fish n chips. Halibut is my favorite and I get it well done n everytime Wow 👌 its great n chips good n gravy is great too. So it checks all the boxes for me. Plus u ad a super nice owner I recently got to meet can't ask for much more!

I’ve had the fish and chips here dozens of times and it is always DELICIOUS!!! The service is always AMAZING! Very kind gentleman always working there. The food and amazing service never disappoints!!! 10/10 recommended!!

Excellent food and service, as per usual. You can tell the owner consistently works hard to deliver premium quality, and friendly, personable service time and time again. Always happy to give this place my business.

The halibut and chips was spot-on. The place was busy, but the service was friendly and quick.

It's nice to have a place like this still around, when so many smaller operations are being muscled out by the mediocre corporations who won't do the small things that matter. The things that keep you coming back. The Fisherman still looks after you. Keep it up, guys!

I use to Love this place. I just ordered 4 Halibut and Chips. Guess how much that was?! The halibut used to be like a steak slice with minimal batter. I just received my order and now the Halibut is the thickness of a piece of calamari. I'm so disappointed and the fries were limited, left them for my family to split (2½ people). I don't think I'll be ordering from here again. Sorry Fisherman Fish & Chips.....but if I'm picking a fish that is more expensive than the rest, do it justice. So upset.

Just had the banquet burger with fresh homemade fries. The owner is a breath of fresh air and you can see he loves to look after his customers Great place great hamburger

Had the halibut and fries with gravy and it tasted very fresh. The place isn't built for indoor eating, it's mostly a takeout place where you order at the counter.
