had a really disappointing experience at this location today around 10:15 AM.
I ordered a BLT on a four-cheese bagel with added cheddar — something I’ve ordered many times before — but when I got home, I realized I was given a BELT with egg. This is a serious issue for me because I’m allergic to egg.
I went back right away to have it corrected. At first, everything seemed fine, but then the employee who originally took the order came to the window and started arguing with me, insisting that I ordered something else. I was spoken to in a very dismissive and rude way, and given attitude even though I returned the incorrect food and was simply asking for the correct order.
I was not trying to get free food — just a basic correction. Instead, I was met with attitude, no accountability, and poor customer service.
Honestly, the way this was handled was shocking for such a simple situation. Being treated like that over a breakfast sandwich? for real. Do better

Fed up of Tim Horton's never actually having any Donuts. You're a Coffee and Donuts shop. Staff told me Management told them to stop making any new Donuts after 5pm. Crazy!

Service here at the drive thru is always good, Nauroj is a pleasant supervisor for the over night shift who always makes your experience a good one. She was very helpful when my car broke down at the window.

We have had nothing but issues at this location. We actually drive right past this one often, out of our way to go to other Courtice location as the service at this location is terrible. We have tried pre ordering our drinks, they won’t make them ahead of time, yet every other Tim’s does. They constantly make us wait for our drinks requesting we park out front, now today all of a sudden they won’t make a drink with oat milk! Funny they have before and the one down the street does it without any issues, are much friendly and quicker and just all around a better location. They need to do better here, service has gone down hill over the last few years.

This is the Timmys at our corner along Hiway 2 and Townline South. It's a nice place for conversations, seldom crowded. This is where I called to meet my event core team for informal discussions.
I was at this location around 3:40 pm (January 20th) after my order on drive through went to the windows, I ask the young man for hot coffee and double cup he said coffee is hot and for cup you should pay ,10 cents i said ok and he didn't give me the cup until I found the 10 cents I said coffee is getting cold and he started arguing. Anyways coffee was not hot and this guy was very rude. The management should check on their quality.

Tim Hortons is a wonderful place to get various varieties of coffee and other drinks, either hot or cold
The environment is also very attractive and cozy with welcoming staff, who attend to you with courtesy
