Typically come here for coffee and occasionally get a bagel. Today I ordered a bagel with cheddar cheese and noticed it was those processed cheddar slices. Not what they typically use, if this is because they ran out, I would have liked it if they told me before hand. If this is something new to save money for their location- I would advise to not come to this location if you want processed cheddar cheese slices.

Total gong show. Tried ordering two hot chocolates, one with cream and whipped topping One with just whipped topping. It was like trying to talk through a can and a string to communicate this to the person on the other end. Who to their credit was probably at the Mercy of the technology available to them. Got the hot chocolates only for neither of them to have whipped topping so I had to stop the car go back to the drive-thru. Once it was sorted the one without the cream in it tasted like water. It's honestly sad to see how far Tim Hortons has fallen. They need to go back to their Roots. Really disappointed

Completely awful. No longer will be using tim hortons as my coffee and food stop. Ask for English muffin and get a croissant with egg and bacon on it. Go back to the window to get it fixed and they hand me the same food. TIM HORTONS IS NO LONGER A CANADIAN OWNED COMPANY ITS

I visited this Tim Horton's when I was coming back from Montreal and I am really amazed by the customer service provided in this location. The Manager is a very friendly guy and he made sure our customized orders are diligently prepared as per our dietary restrictions. The staff at the front desk were very knowledgable and served us with patience and care.
Will definitely stop over the next time when I travel through this location!
