Tim Hortons is a wonderful place to get various varieties of coffee and other drinks, either hot or cold

I visit this location more than I should and they always treat me with respect. I order xl coffee and they are the only location that will fill them up to the top which is the only way the xl is worth it. I appreciate the staff for doing this every time and can't thank them enough for the constant good vibes they put out in the morning.

Assistant Manager JD delivered scalding hot coffee in a damaged cup in the drive thru. The lid was loose and the cup gave in, coffee spilled all over my legs and my car. When you try to go to Tim’s to save time, and you get horrible service.

Cashier uses the same gloves to handle the money. Same gloves to take out the Timbits.
The same gloves to make coffee for another person, the same gloves to make the hot chocolate. Same gloves to do everything else.

I was so disappointed and discussed, I throw away the the entire meal I purchased.
I am not planning and going back to anymore Tim Hortons, I place that I love and visit for over 30yrs.

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at one of your locations. I purchased a coffee, but unfortunately, the coffee was burnt and not enjoyable. When I raised this issue with the staff, they were not willing to replace it or offer a solution.

As a regular customer, I was very disappointed by both the quality of the coffee and the lack of customer service I received. I have always chosen Tim Hortons for its consistency and friendly service, so this experience was very upsetting.

I kindly ask that you look into this matter and ensure that both product quality and staff training meet the high standards that customers expect from Tim Hortons.
