Had to go back 3 times and my order still wasn’t right. How hard is it to put butter and jam on a bagel? Apparently too hard. Service is slow, my hot chocolate was served cold and my cookie is so hard it’s inedible. Staff are rude and slow. Not the first time this has happened as well.

Was there to meet friends from my book club on Sunday evening. Despite place not being busy tables were dirty and girls were in the back doing prep while we were at the cash waiting to place the order. Drinks were cold and served with lids not placed properly causing the spill. I don't usually write reviews for tim Horton since its a grab and go most of the time but I find this place could use one.

This Tim Hortons in Courtice feels like one of the oldest but also best-maintained locations I’ve visited. The building has a unique and convenient location, which makes it stand out compared to other outlets. The service has consistently been good, with staff who are polite and efficient.
What I really appreciate about this spot is the atmosphere. It always seems quieter than most Tim Hortons locations, which makes it feel calm, relaxed, and very inviting. It’s the kind of place where you can sit with a coffee and unwind without the usual hustle and bustle.
Overall, it’s a well-kept and pleasant location that delivers the reliable Tim Hortons experience with an added touch of peace and comfort.

Saturday August 23rd 10:15 AM, ordered a coffee in the drive thru, was given a damaged cup with the lid not secured. Spilled piping hot coffee over my legs.
Tall guy at the drive thru counter not doing his job. Letting the payment machine dangle instead of holding it properly. I usually do not have a problem at this location, but today unfortunately was an exception.

This Tim's was great years ago. In the last year it looks like they have let go of all thier regular staff and hired all new people. My order is wrong pretty much every single day. I dont know why it's difficult to put 1 cream in a coffee but it seems to be a struggle at that Tim's. Staff are rude and most times don't even acknowledge you. Don't waste your time here and drive to townline instead. If I could give negative stars I would.

Drive thru is the worst here, I understand mistakes happen but today, they gave me the wrong item again for the third time. They don’t listen to what customers ask, I guess. I don’t know why. Please put someone who can understand what customers want.

The service here was good, I must emphasize “was”. In the last couple of months, it’s seems harder to place, due to communication, then waiting more than 10 minutes to collect a simple order at the drive through. I would not be writing this review if this was the only time, I hope the service improves.
