Worst Tim's location. Orders are always wrong or have quality issues. I won't be back.

The place was well-organized with a nice design, and the service was good. However, the staff interactions felt a bit robotic rather than warm and friendly.

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes, nobody even looked at me. Went to go order at the kiosk, and the current promotional donut is not shown . Walked out

I have been attending this Tim Horton since it opened as it is in walking distance. Over the years the service and staff have gotten bad. I have heard managers yell and threaten staff. I have seen staff crying. The last couple of years I have had some staff serve me who don’t seem to understand what I am saying, they don’t seem to understand English well. I will ask for milk instead of cream in the iced cap and they say “milk?” and just stare. I have tried to reach out to customer care and it NEVER works. I am sure when Tom Horton opened his first store, he never expected this is how his store would treat their staff.

The amount of time it takes to get service here is insane, there are 8 workers and it’s usually pretty slow. Yet it still takes 30 minutes or more to get your food on a slow day.
Horrible in person service, trash…

Lightning speed service but they frequently get orders wrong. They miss ingredients in food very often such as sauce in farmer’s wrap or milk in iced coffee.

I wish I could give this place less than one star. The staff clearly don’t know how to handle even the most basic tasks. A man named Smith (or something like that) was helping me, and he couldn’t figure out how to insert a bag on the screen so I could pay properly. He called over a woman for help, but instead of assisting, she rudely walked away without saying a word. When I tried to ask her a question, she completely ignored me and walked off again. The customer service here is absolutely terrible rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, they gave me the wrong order, and the place was filthy. I saw pieces of bread, crumbs, and other gross stuff all over the floor. It looked like no one had cleaned in a while. This was a horrible experience from start to finish. I will never be going back.

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I’ve visited. The attitude of the staff—particularly the manager—toward walk-in customers is extremely disappointing. Despite waiting 15–20 minutes, no one acknowledged or took my order. After repeatedly asking why walk-in customers were being ignored, the manager responded rudely, saying, “Don’t you see we’re busy and have big orders?”
Several other customers mentioned that this has been an ongoing issue for over a year. The manager’s behavior was unprofessional, and it’s clear that walk-in customers are not a priority at this location.
Hopefully, things improve in the future.
