This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I’ve visited. The attitude of the staff—particularly the manager—toward walk-in customers is extremely disappointing. Despite waiting 15–20 minutes, no one acknowledged or took my order. After repeatedly asking why walk-in customers were being ignored, the manager responded rudely, saying, “Don’t you see we’re busy and have big orders?”
Several other customers mentioned that this has been an ongoing issue for over a year. The manager’s behavior was unprofessional, and it’s clear that walk-in customers are not a priority at this location.
Hopefully, things improve in the future.

If I could give less stars I would. Absolutely horrible service. I've given plenty of chances to this location before writing this review and nothing has changed. It is severely understaffed. Those that do work here take their sweet time even when the line inside and in the drive through is incredibly long. They don't know what they are doing and don't know how to communicate with other staff members. It really shows how downhill they have gone here since there is now a sign up directing people inside to order through the kiosks instead. If you wait to order at the counter don't expect to be acknowledged, you're better off ordering through the app and waiting half an hour for your order... Or just avoid this location entirely. Worst Tim Hortons ever!

I came yesterday after work to get some coffee the staff were rude and took a long time and i saw them pick up a cup that was on the ground and put it back with the rest of the cups. I do not recommend coming here !!!

Anytime i come here they are all so rude and cut me off in the drive through when i’m trying to order, they almost never make anything right or give you the right items let alone try to be nice or accommodating when you would like a replacement or remake because they messed up. This is the worst tim hortons i’ve been too and i’ve tried to give them multiple chances. Very slow as well even when they have no lineup. As a fellow tim hortons worker , the staff here need an attitude check and learn manners.
I stopped by Tim Hortons for a quick pick-me-up and ordered a steeped tea. It was perfectly brewed—rich, smooth, and just the right temperature. The service was fast and friendly, even during the busy morning rush. The staff made sure my order was accurate, and the tea tasted fresh, just as I hoped. Trainees were also experienced enough to serve the customers. Great management !

This place used to be so great but it has gone downhill. I order lattes and get sent away with just hot milk, no espresso, on multiple occasions. The service is terrible, the quality of everything is terrible. I used to come every single day on my way to work but I can no longer spend another penny here.
