So I went in with a valid survey coupon code from October 21 on Wednesday November 12. As I got to the counter the lady told me she would have to check with her managerial f I could use the code. She proceeded to do so and told me I was not able to use my code because it was last months. I informed her that the survey receipt was from last month hence the code being last month. So she went back to her manager and was told for a second time I was not allowed to use it. (This is also not the first time).

The managers at this location are always rude and never seem to know what they are doing. I’ve witnessed not just myself but others receiving bad service at this location especially regarding g the customer service from management.

After completing the survey it clearly indicates that the code is valid for one month after purchase. That being said I should’ve had no problem using my code. Tim hortons needs to hire and train people properly regarding their own protocols and procedures. Don’t give survey receipts if the people at the store done even know the rules about them.

“Valid 30 days from date of purchase” is what it says on the tell time website.

I don't know what's happened to store but it has gone down the drain in every way possible over the last year.

Ordered drinks and bagels. Gave us coffee instead of tea. Wrong sizes as well. Got our new teas and tasted watery. Wasn't mixed. Sugar at the bottom of the cup.

Bagels barely had any cream cheese spread in them. LAZY staff! BAD customer service!

Please someone do quality control at this location. Staff need more training or supervision.

This location is a prime example of why Canadians are avoiding Tim's these days. On multiple occasions I've waited over 10 minutes for a single coffee order, with only one car in front of me. I don't generally have high expectations for customer service in fast food but the employees at this location are just plain impolite. The morning shift isn't great. Afternoon/evening shift is downright shockingly bad.

Amazing staff good customer service. There is one girl name simren or Simran i am not sure but is very sweet and polite. She always serve me with big smile no matter how much she is busy. Its true that this tims is little bit slow but no one have any objection for wait if these type of cute faces are front of us. Hire more staff like her. God job

At least 2 times now we have gone inside to order and had to wait more than 15 min for our order. When I asked they tell me the drive through comes first. Then when I get mad the tell me someone else must have taken my order. I am not sure who is in charge but I think it’s time for a change.

Everytime i have been there they mess something up i have had them mess up a simple sausage egg on a biscout three times in a row. they always punch in orders wrong to cost more money theres flys on there donuts all the time because they never put the screen down to stop bugs i live right beside it but have to go to a further tims to avoid having these issues

I was very disappointed with this location. The store was dirty—tables were not cleaned, the floor looked filthy, and the staff didn’t seem to care at all. It makes me wonder: where is the manager?

I ordered an Iced Capp, and the employee wiped his nose right before grabbing the cup to serve me. That was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. I ended up throwing the drink in the trash even after I paid for it.

After this experience, I will never return to Tim Hortons again.

There is a manager called raman who treats the workers like slaves so they are always in a bad mood and it reflects to customers too

Everytime I go through the drive thru they say one moment let me check on that, then take the other persons order, then say yes pull ahead just to keep their numbers good! If they don’t do that I’m waiting 5+ minutes in a parking lot just to get the wrong food! Have done this way too many times. Also I wrote this while I was waiting for my food in a parking spot. Won’t ever be coming back.

This Tim Horton location is the worst I’ve ever been to and believe me I’ve been to many!
I come here at least two to three times a day.. if it’s morning they are great!
Afternoon and evening. THE WORST!
I’ve literally waited in the drive thru up to 15 minutes just to get a coffee..
just now I went and I waited at the order window 4 minutes before anyone even answered.. I kept saying hi. Hello. And nothing. Until I literally yelled helloooooo when someone finally spoke.. I don’t usually post reviews whether good or bad but this is ridiculous and continuous …
Change you evening staff!!!!!
And it wouldn’t kill them yo learn some manners!!! No hi bye thank you!!!! Nothing!
Even though I greet them with a smile. How are you. Have a good night!!!! And I get nothing… they’re just talking to each other .. handing me my coffee while they look at the staff member they are talking too… and NOT English either!!
