Amazing staff good customer service. There is one girl name simren or Simran i am not sure but is very sweet and polite. She always serve me with big smile no matter how much she is busy. Its true that this tims is little bit slow but no one have any objection for wait if these type of cute faces are front of us. Hire more staff like her. God job

I usually enjoy coming here, but I often feel like my order isn’t understood. For example, often when I ask for less cream in my iced capp—and even sometimes after I confirm it again at the window—it still usually comes with extra cream, which isn’t the end of the world, but is the opposite of what I asked for, which is definitely frustrating. The iced capps also tend to be pretty melted instead of blended thick (especially with the extra cream).

I stopped by Tim Hortons for a quick pick-me-up and ordered a steeped tea. It was perfectly brewed—rich, smooth, and just the right temperature. The service was fast and friendly, even during the busy morning rush. The staff made sure my order was accurate, and the tea tasted fresh, just as I hoped. Trainees were also experienced enough to serve the customers. Great management !
