Much better than my last visit in 2018. I think they understand French cuisine much better.
Food was excellent with a great selection to choose from. The server was very friendly and enthusiastic. Made our lunch out a very enjoyable event. Looking forward to returning.
Been to this restaurant half a dozen times and never had a bad meal. Everything is delicious.
Awesome restaurant, great food, great service. Really nice lunch menu, lots of yummy options to choose from. Generous wine pours. Will be back.
We find that food quality has deteriorated over time. Sub par for the money you pay. Either too dry, or too charred, salads smothered in mayonnaise or other such heavy stuff.

I e been to Chez Michel many times, this time I was able to bring two of my friends to experience the food and atmosphere of this wonderful small town restaurant!! The food, as always, was amazing. The staff were gracious and very attentive.
Food was good but expensive. Service was great. Restaurant was almost empty that day.

My boyfriend and I had the most amazing night! They sat us in the most romantic spot in the restaurant by the window. It was private, quiet and lovely seeing outside. The food was amazing! So many things I got to try for the first time. We had a sweet and salty pumpkin dip (which was my favourite), cheesy escargots, the most amazing risotto ever and my boyfriend had duck breast, which he was super happy about the portion size and taste! Wine was lovely, music set the cozy fall seen. It was like a movie.
Food was subpar. I had the moules and fries. Broth was overly salty and same with the fries.

We have been dining at chez Michelle for a decade and I'm sorry to say that recently it has just been mediocre. We had lunch this week and the french fries served with a sandwich were undercooked and limp and the salad served with the quiche was not dressed, basically it was just lettuce in a bowl. Lunch for three (one shared main) with one glass of wine and two cappuccinos was in the neighbourhood of $150 for one sandwich with fries, a side salad, and a quiche served with the salad as mentioned. I will go back in the hopes that this was an off day but I am pretty disappointed.
What a little gem! Enjoyed our dinner cooked with love as well as a wonderful conversation with Winston!

One of the few fine dining options in the area (North America, Earth). The mains are pricey, but top shelf. The wine list (okay, I only drink reds) has a broad spectrum of pricing and varietals. This is one of my go-to restaurants.
The service was perfect and the table was too . Up front watching the street . The food was delicious and the chef came out to see . Not loud or rebuilt but a classic building with out side dining on the street . Lovely staff , licenced , obviously and fresh . Recommend reservations as not huge but lots of walk in's can be seated if quiet .
Amazing experience at Chez Michel! The onion soup and mushroom cream soup were delicious, and the warm brie was a great start. Steak frites and Liver Lyonnaise were cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Finished with my favorite dessert, lemon posset—absolutely divine! Big thanks to Sam for the wonderful service. Cozy ambiance and outstanding food all around. Highly recommend!
