My boyfriend and I had the most amazing night! They sat us in the most romantic spot in the restaurant by the window. It was private, quiet and lovely seeing outside. The food was amazing! So many things I got to try for the first time. We had a sweet and salty pumpkin dip (which was my favourite), cheesy escargots, the most amazing risotto ever and my boyfriend had duck breast, which he was super happy about the portion size and taste! Wine was lovely, music set the cozy fall seen. It was like a movie.

We have been dining at chez Michelle for a decade and I'm sorry to say that recently it has just been mediocre. We had lunch this week and the french fries served with a sandwich were undercooked and limp and the salad served with the quiche was not dressed, basically it was just lettuce in a bowl. Lunch for three (one shared main) with one glass of wine and two cappuccinos was in the neighbourhood of $150 for one sandwich with fries, a side salad, and a quiche served with the salad as mentioned. I will go back in the hopes that this was an off day but I am pretty disappointed.

One of the few fine dining options in the area (North America, Earth). The mains are pricey, but top shelf. The wine list (okay, I only drink reds) has a broad spectrum of pricing and varietals. This is one of my go-to restaurants.

The service was perfect and the table was too . Up front watching the street . The food was delicious and the chef came out to see . Not loud or rebuilt but a classic building with out side dining on the street . Lovely staff , licenced , obviously and fresh . Recommend reservations as not huge but lots of walk in's can be seated if quiet .

Awesome experience. Staff were over and above. Incredible. Food was fantastic. Could not have asked for a better evening.

The meal began with appetizers, including a Brie appetizer that was a good portion but lacked distinct flavours (8/10), and a French onion soup that was rich and flavourful, though it could have used more cheese (9/10). The main courses were the definite highlight. The steak frites was cooked to perfection with a delicious smoky flavour and an exquisite peppercorn cream sauce (10/10). The mushroom Bourguignon was also a standout, offering a unique and earthy flavour profile with notes of pine (9/10). Dessert was a letdown, as the chocolate cake tasted mass-produced, a significant drop in quality from the main dishes (6/10). the service, was cordial but could have been more attentive, Chez Michel offers outstanding main courses that make it a worthwhile dining destination.

We were able to be seated about 30 minutes ahead of our booked table time which was very much appreciated. I would have to say the $25 daily salad of peach, barrata and salad with balsamic glaze was good. Would have preferred it served with arugula instead of mixed greens and it was VERY OVERPRICED for the dish served for two To share. The entrees were very well done and we did not have dessert.

This is a fantastic gem of a restaurant. Always had spectacular service. Great food and chef Winston always has some original menu items using fresh local ingredients.

Smoked salmon + caper cream cheese + scrambled eggs on fresh focaccia 🥪✨ Paired with rich, cheesy French onion soup 🥣💛 and the prettiest Wasaga Sunset Mocktail 🌅🍹 (cranberry, lemonade, peach purée, sprite). Every bite at Chez Michel Restaurant was pure gourmet joy — flavors on point, ambiance cozy yet elegant, and a chef who clearly cooks with love. 💫

A Fantastic First Visit to Chez Michel – Creemore, ON This past weekend, on our way back from Blue Mountain, my wife, our two older kids, and I made a stop at Chez Michel Restaurant in Creemore, Ontario. We’d heard great things about it, and our son — who has dined there several times — highly recommended it. A good friend of ours, Chef Winston, is also a co-owner, and after finally experiencing it for ourselves, I can confidently say the praise is well-deserved. Although Chez Michel has been a staple in Creemore for the past five years, this was our first time dining there — and it certainly won’t be our last. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was nothing short of amazing. From presentation to flavour, every dish exceeded our expectations. For anyone who truly appreciates quality cuisine, I highly recommend giving Chez Michel a try. It’s a hidden gem well worth the visit.

We had a family Sunday brunch at this small local gem restaurant and the food and service was very good as always. They recently changed the menu, everything was very fresh and tasty, we all had a goof time here enjoying a nice and relaxed atmosphere!

The food was amazing, as it always is, and our waiter was the best. Chez Michel is a restaurant in Creemore, I bring my friends to when they come to visit me.
