Well it's been awhile since I've ordered from them so we thought let's try again i ordered a shawarma and a donair platter...well that looks delicious....NOT!! Was missing pickles tomatoes lettuce (little ) also no sauce and onions on my wife's shawarma also coated fries whats up with that they had better fries before come on I paid 37$ for this never again be careful on what you order very disappointed never again ill stay with Erica's casselman .....ps ordered on November 7 2025

Worst customer service ever . Ordered cheese pop curds got a metal shaving inside the cheese curd so I called in to tell them about it and ask for the refund for the item but the manager was so rude he is like it is not my fault and i am not giving you any refund. Never ordering from here again and be careful folks at least with the cheese curds you never know and on top of that they dont even take the responsibility.
