Absolutely loved the food and the service of this restaurant. We ordered their crispy chicken sandwich and fish and chips. Everything tasted fantastic and the fish was so fresh and delicious.

Thank you for the wonderful experience!

even factoring in take out, regardless of the cold fries they were tastless ... the crispy chicken was dry and almost burnt and the hotdogs with tiny kids hot dogs dressed like it was a sausage with an overly aggressive amount of toppings I wish I took photos to post and my bill was more then the 107.90 plus taxes thats about 121$ but my bill came to over 130$ so I was over charged ... or a gratuity was added

Yes that was our order, im sorry for the bad review but it was horrible and even the math on your 107.90 before taxes doesn't add up to our receipt? did you charge us gratuity? additional

Not pleased at all, over priced for the quality. The food is better at McDonalds and that's saying alot because we don't really eat processed foods. Fries were cold and unsalted, crispy chicken sandwich was dry and almost over fried the bread crumb batter was dark brown borderline burnt. My kids hotdogs were a wet mess of toppings drowning the hotdog, you couldn't even see the hotdogs under all the dressing and onions. For what we paid, I was shocked and extremely disappointed. For 3 young children 4 adults
we ordered 3 hot dogs some sandwiches a burger and side fries .. over 130$ and we were very disappointed.

The atmosphere of this place is absolutely beautiful- it gives beach house mixed with Greece vibes. We ordered a classic burger which was so fresh and delicious- it has an ACE bun which was an amazing touch. My cousin ordered chicken wings she loved them, and my aunt ordered the Greek salad- the portion was huge, and designed so nicely.

Service was wonderful! Unfortunately, the treatment of the staff weighed on our visit. We thought we had just happened to arrive at a bad time but given some of the reviews and responses to them by the owner, it is apparent that the environment is toxic. Publicly admonishing customers that leave reviews is not the way to gain repeat customers. Customer Service 101 might be a good idea. Your staff was great but blaming them for not asking "management" where the ketchup bottles are is petty. There are only three ketchup bottles in your establishment. You chose to open a restaurant and provide a service, hired staff but can be heard berating them. Breathe! Instead of reacting negatively to your reviews, use them to your advantage. No one does anything right 100% of the time.

Edit: I'm not surprised at the response from the owner. This is my chosen method of contact with someone that spits fire when dealing with both customers and staff both in person and via other methods of communication. You catch more flies with honey. Count your ketchup bottles. As of two weeks ago, there were still only three.

The restaurant is nicely situated right across the main entrance of Crystal Beach by the sign so location wise it’s great. Restaurant had a nice beach/greek vibe inside. Patio could use some a little uplift. Our table wasn’t cleaned before sitting down, but service was good. My straw was handed to me without a cover or napkin which is a no no. Food wise it was good, nothing outstanding. Had a good variety. Other people’s pizza across us looked and smelled good. Price is reasonable except for the small bulgogi wrap, it was so small and didn’t come with any sides.

It’s astonishing that this place is even “functioning” closest to one of the busiest beaches in the area.

Visited today for a quick bite, and no one greeted us right away to seat us. It was not busy at all inside, there were only 3 parties seated. The servers passed us and one was even wiping down a couple of tables.
I understand that you’re busy, but even a simple acknowledgement would suffice.
We sat down but no one took our order so we ordered at the cash.

We ordered chicken wings, fries and originally a burger but they ran out of burgers so we subbed for a souvlaki wrap.
Food was super mid, and the chicken wings were dry and overcooked. It’s a shame as we don’t like wasting food, especially since those 3 items came to around $40.

The cherry on top for our poor experience was when we had not one, but ✨ TWO ✨ servers ask us twice if they could have their ketchup bottle back during our meal.
The audacity is appalling.
We are paying customers who have not yet finished eating and you are asking for the ketchup bottle back LOL ? is there only 1 bottle for the entire restaurant? The math ain’t mathing… please avoid this place at all costs.

We had to wait for 20 minutes before anyone came to our table to even get us drinks, and then another 20 minutes before we complained and finally drinks arrived.
Food is good once it arrives, but be ready for disorganization, delays and poor service

MUST READ TIL THE END- Only come here if you have LOTS of time on your hands, want mid food and terrible service!!! This was one of our worst restaurant experiences. We went on Canada Day and surprisingly it wasn’t busy at the time. We had a taller server with short blonde hair. Our food took forever (for chicken fingers, burgers, and fries). The poutine had barely any cheese or gravy on them and the chicken fingers were mostly flat (regretting not taking a photo for this). Our server brought out one of our burgers and chicken fingers and said she would “be right back with our fries, they’re ready” - and they never came, our friend actually had to go inside herself and bring them out for us. Sauce and an iced tea were completely forgotten, and I ordered the kids chicken fingers meal (2 fingers with fries) because I also got a salad (the only good thing) and she brought the regular chicken fingers meal with the side fries, which I stated when it was brought out and then she still tried to charge me for it!!! There was 6 of us and the worst part was probably when we asked if it was possible to split the bill, she said if she split it it would take 20mins longer for her to do in the computer and she would have to add a 20% service charge for large party. Little did she know we actually read the receipt that states service charge is only applied to parties 7 or more. We opted to just inconveniently pay on one bill because after waiting for everything and being there for so long all we wanted to do was leave. Afterwards we wished we just walked further down to go somewhere else. We’re wondering if the server was overworked and they need more experienced staff??? Not worth it at all.

The most infuriating experience - they shouldn’t be open if they can’t operate properly. Ordered, waited for the order, told it was too busy for them to complete the order as is and asked us to choose other items, chose French fries and proceeded to wait for fries. An hour of a beach day wasted because they can’t cook frozen food properly.

Waited 20 minutes for an order of 4 chicken fingers and they ended up being completely raw, like not even a little bit cooked.. completely pink inside. Brought them back and requested cauliflower bites which were pretty good but I wasn’t provided any dip, fork or napkins for this takeout order so overall very disappointed and would probably recommend any other restaurant on the strip. The server was nice enough though and handled it okay. Should have received a refund though to be honest.
