Fair enough there are warning signs on the door that you will be waiting for food if it’s busy. We were sat almost immediately and saw many people around us had already eaten, so we mistakenly thought it would be sort of a ‘normal to slightly above’ amount of wait time for a breakfast spot after the server warned us. Man were we wrong. Over an hour for two plates of breakfast. It just makes no sense for a restaurant with breakfast in the name and the fact that many breakfast items are premade and ready to be warmed for service. It was very clear things like bacon and potatoes were not cooked from raw to order. If the food was amazing, I could probably look past it. However it’s pretty standard fare with nothing overly special about it. I have no idea what goes on in the kitchen here, but we’ve had multi course steak dinners faster. If you have the time or it’s convenient I could see going here, but we won’t be back. Just adding: the potatoes were obviously parboiled at some point then fried for service and the bacon cooked on a sheet pan. There’s no way they’re going these steps ‘to order’ necessitating an hour for each table to wait.
