The store im Crystal Beach has been terrible , twice today alone , I’ve been to the store , and on each occasion they messed up two simple orders , im starting to realize why the line at McDonald’s is getting longer now, it’s ridiculous and im ready to also jump ship!!! My first order was before 6 am , drive thru rude and sounds in a rush worh zero line , messes order up, I try snd stay loyal go back at 10 am, not only do I repeat order 4 times , still messed up , ridiculous!!! You shouldn’t work drive thru speaker of you can’t understand what people are saying!!! This not the first time , jist the first time to mess up twice in one day!! If in town I suggest go out of way and find another store

Wow! I'm amazed! I just received the best customer service in my 2 decades of visiting Tim Hortons. The employee, Pradeep accomodated my keto diet by making me a decaf tea latte, poured over ice and a craveable beef sandwich on lettuce with ranch dressing. I feel like a queen! And all with a smile. He's a great listener, improviser, and has a very positive attitude. I'm so thankful!

Food is rushed and poor quality, as an employee of a seperate Tim Hortons, the food and drink here are not to standard. I understand wanting to keep drive thru times down but the product quality should not be compromised. Any time I get a bagel here the cream cheese is slapped on and I have received the wrong order more than once.

Terrible customer service went and picked up 3 ice coffee after work on Jun 25 2025 all three had no sugar base called was told to come back today Jun 26 2025 to pick up the fixed coffee GUY IN ORANGE SHIRT SAID I WAS SCREWING THE COMPANY AND WILL NOT BE honoring what we were told I would like a manager and or owner to contact me when convenient UPDATE: OWNER/MANAGER did nothing to help and is just as TERRIBLE just got the run around don't go to this Timmies your order will be wrong take the 5min and go down the street to one of the local coffee shops DON'T GO HERE
