I don’t know what’s happened with this location but as of about 6 to 8 months now the staffing and the quality of there food and rinks have gone down by almost 100%
It went from speaking to friendly folks to being rushed to choose my order and yet they still get it wrong..
I simply asked for a sesame bagel, double toasted with double butter.. I don’t see no double toasted and I don’t see no double butter and yet they just throw some cheese and bacon in there with no care…
Come one there wasn’t a line up what’s the rush?!? Take your time do the order correctly..
Bring back the old staff…

The owner Rick needs to do something about the people from different countries who can’t get the order right and we have to come back three times until it’s correct and teach them to listen and ask again if they don’t understand.
Then the Canadians that work there come up and fix it … the foreign people give attitude when you tell them it’s wrong Help them know what the difference between MILK AND CREAM are! Hire better people !

This is the first review I had ever made in my life. The Timbits were gross. Why did it taste like fridge???? I spat it out immediately. The bagel was dry as hell, like it was stale? Cream cheese had bits of other foods in it, which means they haven’t cleaned the knife and probably didn’t for God knows how long. Get your act together. Who is managing this location? 😭

Just went to get some chilli for supper at 5:30pm. And of course they don't even have any why have something on the menu a d never have it especially at lunch and dinner times been going to this Tim Horton for 7 years two to three coffee a day and never again.
Employee need to do there job and have food ready for dinner time and lunches. And stop being rude to customers.

This franchise is unique in my experience ! Some time ago, I ordered the steak and egg breakfast sandwich at the drive thru and when I got home and opened my order - no egg ! I called and spoke with the manager, advised her of what had happened and was given assurances that it would not happen again. The manager offered to put my name on their list so that my order could be rectified on my next visit. I declined that offer because it was not the purpose of my call which was to alert the manager to how poorly the drive thru window personnel had been trained.
Today, I reluctantly returned to the drive thru. I placed a not-very-complicated order. Upon returning home, I was missing a bagel for which I had been charged. Obviously, my hope that the drive thru issues has been rectified was in vein.
I will never return to this Tim Horton outlet. I share this in the hope that others will not have to go thru a similar experience.
