Wow! I'm amazed! I just received the best customer service in my 2 decades of visiting Tim Hortons. The employee, Pradeep accomodated my keto diet by making me a decaf tea latte, poured over ice and a craveable beef sandwich on lettuce with ranch dressing. I feel like a queen! And all with a smile. He's a great listener, improviser, and has a very positive attitude. I'm so thankful!
I was there a couple of days ago and ordered a breakfast sandwich in a specific way. It didn't come that way. I showed it to the order person and asked her if she had conveyed my message to the food preparer and she admitted she didn't and just thought that the preparer had heard the request.
