We’ve been coming to this Tim’s for awhile. Today was the worst experience by far. We waited nearly 25 mins for our food and they got all three orders wrong- no sauce on the farmers wrap, sausage when it should have been bacon and a bacon egg and cheese instead of a Bagel Belt. No explanation as to why it took so long when it wasn’t busy (inside or drive thru).

Went to grab a coffee today pulled into the drive thru to order there was a car there with lights on we honked and honked and then backed out to see there was no one in the car at all. Ignorance at its finest we left won't be going there again 350pm Dec 24th 2025 Service should be a ZERO.

Today in evening, I ordered a Simply Cheese pizza and some drinks, and I received excellent service from Hasan and Ritika. Both were very friendly, professional, and demonstrated great customer service skills. I truly appreciated their positive attitude and the overall experience.

I'm disappointed that Tim Hortons does not have more first nations locals working here instead of all non-canadians. Also seems like none have food handling certifications. They put my food and drinks beside cleaners and drain scrubber's where only food should be placed while serving customers. I think from now on I will just go over to country style better food anyways.

Didn't give me my ranch, and then my card declines. Go through all this work to walk up from the trailer park to get a delicious garlic bread and then i order ranch sauce to make the perfect combo where i can enjoy my food and then boom they charge a whole dollar for ranch sauce and then I'm short because of the ranch then my card declines i ask the worker for from stinkin ranch and she looks at me and walks away then get this once i get my food the garlic bread is cold sorry for anyone else that happens this or who this offends im just very passionate about my tim hortons garlic bread

The last week my coffee has had a pile or sugar at the bottom of my coffee. Can’t be that hard to stir a coffee…… prices went up almost paying 5 dollars for a coffee with espresso make it right.
Exceptional service with bright, smiling faces made my day start off great! The staff are always super friendly.Tannu, Sudhanshu, and Kudrat are my favorites 🎊. Every time I come here, I notice how dedicated the team is cleaning, preparing quality food and drinks and it always makes me feel happy.

Hi Staff of Tim Hortons - Curve Lake: I love this Timmy’s and visit every day. Service is excellent and friendly. They are so helpful and make sure to give me the slips to visit the website. They get my order right all the time. I try to leave a little tip for them most days. Try to be patient people. 🥳
