we ordered food tonight there and was very unhappy. our order was thru valley eats and the6 did a great job with delivery. I ordered an Asian chicken wrap that I have ordered many times. The sauce on it is suppose to be Sweet Chili well I have no idea what gross sauce they put on it byt I could not eat it and had to throw it out. we ordered a poutine with it and the poutine had no gravy. Same with my son's poutine. I called to talk about our issues and the waitress was so rude, was saying she was to busy to fix the issues and hung up on me before I could tell her about my wrap. whoever she was needs customer service training. im so disappointed in our whole meal that costed 60 bucks. I really hope that we will get our money back for the wrap or something be done with it. Valley eats is looking into it to. not their fault. The Bears Den needs to fix the problem as I will not recommend this place if not. It has gone downhill. We have eaten there often.

Only stopped here to eat and Boy the food is FANTASTIC! The wings were huge, super crispy and full of flavor. My Beef dip sandwich, delicious. Everyone was happy and full! Definately a must stop on your way through!

Breakfast was sub par. I ordered scrambled eggs, crisp bacon, home fries with green onions and homemade white toast. Eggs were perfect and hot..potatoes were cold and no onions..bacon was deep fried (disintegrated when touched) and toast was lightly toasted on one side only. Very disappointed.

There rooms are moldy upstairs and don't drain water downstairs. The pizza is vert thin with almost no cheese

Such an arrogant waitress or whoever attending the call, they have.. Why should I deal with this crappy behaviour and pay my from my own pocket.. You don’t decide what I eat, I decide cuz I am the one paying for it..
Side note : dont yell at your coworkers, if you have behavioural issues, get therapy

Walked in and was refused service. It was 9:15, the waitress said they closed at 9. The hours posted said 10Pm. People were still eating and drinking. Will not return. 1/10

This is a great location along Hwy 17 with great prices for an overnight stay. Staff is very friendly. I believe possibly because of a smaller town, they only had one person to cover the front desk and serve customers at the restaurant which meant we had to wait longer at both places to be served. I was also disappointed there was no coffee machine in the room. Close to the marina and beach which is stunning!
Nearby activities: Marina and beach. Grocery stores, dollar stores, lcbo, beer store, laundromat, Tim Hortons, Burger King. Beautiful little town.
