If I could give them a 0 I would. I had the fish burger last week..more breading than fish. And over cooked. Just eating the original chicken sandwich..GROSS is all I can say. I had the whopper over the summer and I attained a stomach ache. The burger king in Ottawa always had good whoppers. What is this franchise doing differently???? 🤢 Never again

Last Sept 23/24, 2025 while in Deep River, I dropped by my favourite fastfood in the world there! Marlene was very courteous, professional and very accommodating with my order especially with the survey-code promotion. She was not sure of it and she took the time and effort to make ti work for me, and indeed she made it work!
A big Kudos to Marlene! All the best as you progress up the ranks in BK and I wish you all the best in the world!

Went through the DT and Dorian was working the window. He was super polite and positive even tho the place was packed. It was a long weekend and there was hardly a wait for our food that came out hot
Food wasn't hot and no ice for drinks, said machine was broken. Then manager should have bought bags of ice for customers

We stopped last week on our way to Ottawa. We had the LOVELIEST servers!! I wish i asked her name. She took her time with my special requests and told me how to get the best deal. Food was exactly as ordered. Shout out to the hardworking folks with small town friendliness!
Bathrooms we're nice and clean. Couldn't say the same about the restaurant. All the staff was behind the cash register talking when I walked in ,mid afternoon, food out quick, but I also asked for a large fry. And received a regular size. I will not be back to this location 😑

This place is completely rundown and poorly kept under the new owners. Food is cold and sitting around even when busy. Service is slow. Outside parking lot, drive through etc areas are neglected. Sad to see this place go this way.

Ordered the meal #7 original chicken sandwich. Upon receiving, they tell us there isn’t any sandwich bun and changed it to a whopper bun , it was dry and crumbled and wasn’t suited for the chicken piece, which was greasy, nothing like the image sad . I felt that I should have been told at the point of ordering and not making it on a whopper bun, I would have changed my order.

THE ENTIRE RESTAURANT IS UNHYGENIC AND RUN DOWN. Food is served cold, pop is watered down with a horrible taste. This burger king is only in business because it's one of the main places to stop and eat on the way to Ottawa. The owner should be ashamed of how this establishment is operated.

Don't go in their drive thru. They have no signage indicating a 2 foot drop along their entire drive through. My fiancé didn't see the 2 foot drop on the right side and our 1 ton Ram truck dropped. Apparently, this happened to 4 other cars and yet Burger King Management still hasn't added signage indicating the 2 foot drop. What are they waiting for?
