All I wanted was to get a milkshake, now I know they close the machine down early to clean it, which I think it’s horrible service to begin with but I taking that into consideration I went to get a milkshake at 740 that’s still 20 mins and I was told it was shut down for the night!!! That’s almost an hour and a half of possible service they could get with that still!! If you are gonna tell customers 8 they stand by that! Lost my business

I'll give you the positive first. Their burgers are the best as far as Burger King goes. Unlike other BK's the lettuce is not soggy and the toppings are well put together. The best Whoppers I've tasted across Canada!Now the negatives (oh so many):Don't even try the flavoured chicken nuggets. The last one was the ketchup flavour. They went in the garbage when I got home because they were so salty you could not eat them. The Dill Pickle one's were just as bad! I don't know if this was just this location but something was done wrong both times.Out of stock: Ordered a Whopper with mustard. I was told "we are out of mustard". Out of mustard at a burger place!?Ice Cream cone? "Sorry we don't have cones we serve them in cups". As you pull into the drive-thru you see a picture of a mini shake. "Can I have a mini-shake". "Sorry we don't sell those".These are just examples.. many of these things have been fixed.The drive-thru: or as many call a roller coaster. Fix your drive thru!! I've never seen so many potholes in a fast food drive thru. It's been like that for years and never taken care of.As far as the staff.. usually pretty friendly. That has improved lately.Final thoughts? Avoid this place... if there was a Mc D's in the area I would go there instead. But that's all we have so there you go.

Just went through drive thru to get ice cream and the lady at the window was very RUDE! She had a really bad attitude with us and said drive thru was ‘closed due to malfunction’ but the other employee (looked like it could have been manager or owner) was the one who told us to go through to test it out… She should not be working with the public. Usually the people there are very nice but not her!!

This location has gone downhill in the last couple of years. The food does not appear to be prepared fresh for your order, the burgers are poorly assembled, and the lettuce and tomatoes are of poor quality. What is even worse, is the whole, yes the whole restaurant is dirty and has flies everywhere. The washrooms are smelly and have more flies.
