pretty par for the course for tims. staff here generally seem monotonous and uninspired every time i go in, but the real kicker that upset me about this location in particular is that they stopped selling sour cream glazed timbits..!? why??? they are the best (well second to apple fritter which suffered a similar fate) and other tims don’t seem to echo this. combining the timbit issue with the aforementioned lack of passion/empathy is a sad combo. i feel robbed of one of life’s small joys :(
