I wish I could leave less than a 1 for a rating, there should be the option to leave a sliver of a rating dot. Once again, horrible service at a local KFC in Norfolk County. Lady before me ordered $50+ worth of food, paid full price with debit and nothing was said to her. I ordered with a coupon, was immediately told that I'd have to wait for 30+ minutes - for chicken - in KFC at - 12:20PM - lunchtime - on a - weekday. Huh? Here's another 'local' food franchise destroyed by nickel & diming the customer, arrogant service (we felt like we were really bothering him) that can't even deliver the usual product that we go in for. I won't go back there and am happy to share my experience with like minded KFC customers who just want some KFC - and the new, better fries - and customer service that is polite and respectful - how I treat them.

This branch is big and has more seating. Service is good. Has parking right in front of the store. Walkable distance from shivaji stadium bus station and Rajiv chowk metro. The whole outlet is updated. Self order kiosks are placed. New seats and design. Comfortable seating than before. Very nice atmosphere. Good lighting also.

This place is very good , ambiance of the restaurant is amazing service was little slow at that time even though it's was not peak time., Food was just ok ok , not bad but not good.

Although KFC's Chicken Classic Ginger Burger meal is usually one of my favourite burgers, I was disappointed with my experience at this particular outlet. The burger itself was dry and lacked the usual flavor and texture, perhaps due to the absence of mayo or other fillings. Additionally, the French fries were served cold, which further detracted from my enjoyment of the meal. The only good thing about this outlet was its well designed interior.

They have different menus for counter and vending machines . They have arrogant behaviour and staff are not customer friendly. we have ordered and waited They don't take the card on the counter you have to order via vending machine and pay there through the upi and card, after a lot of struggle we went to the counter and ordered the food they have different menu dont even informed us later after the billing we come to know all this. very few people were seating and having there meal. parking and washroom was there.

Visited KFC in CP Delhi and was impressed by the atmosphere and overall dining experience. the taste is the same as other outlets. The chicken was crispy and delicious.Overall, I highly recommend KFC in CP Delhi for anyone looking for a tasty and satisfying meal
