Today I went and tried The Twisted Chicken in Delhi. Summary - after receiving confirmation that twisted chicken would also like to gift me with an order of their new bone in chicken. I had to try a couple other menu items while I was there. I paid for the strips and twisted chicken poutine.
Long Review:
Fried chicken and fries - this is the dish that had me going to twisted chicken in the first place. This is now the dish that’s going to get me coming back. The crispy perfectly seasoned fried chicken pieces were juicy and amazing. The French cut fries were nicely salted. Now if I can get a 8 piece bucket of this. I can be in my happy place.
The Buffalo wing strips - I wanted to try the strips with Buffalo wing sauce and blue cheese. They did not disappoint. The hand breaded strips were coated in lots of sauce and a generous serving of blue cheese on the side.
The Twisted Chicken Poutine - the name sake poutine comes with a load of cheese curds, chopped up chicken, and a white gravy. I didn’t know what to expect. I have been hit and miss with white gravy’s in my time. This one was a hit. I ate the entire poutine. I wish I order extra white gravy to just drink. It was soooo good.
I honestly struggled to eat everything. I can eat A LOT and the serving sizes on these 3 dishes pushed me but I did it and enjoyed all of it.

Very disappointing first time ordering from here. We only received 4 of 5 meals ordered, and when we went back to explain 1 meal was missing, the worker said there was nothing they could due to closing. The chicken tenders and sandwich were super bland, had no flavour whatsoever. Wont be going back.

The food was good. Fresh and nice and hot! Unfortunately, the very strong smell of marijuana was a big turn off. As soon as the door opened it felt like hitting a wall of weed…. Again, the food was good. But the smell is a concern, especially from a restaurant serving fresh food. Perhaps this is something they are working on, but until the smell is under control, we will likely not be returning.

Totally disgusting meals. Chicken was cold, fries were cold and soggy. Arrived for pick up when we were told so we were expecting hot meals. The batter was very thick and the chicken very very dry. Most of our meals went into the garbage and for sure will never order from twisted chicken again.

We tried The Twisted Chicken, Delhi for dinner tonight. Unfamiliar I called and asked if they had a family option. Staff were very helpful and the food was amazing. Everything was hot, generously portioned, and best of all felt homemade.
For the money would definitely recommend over your standard Kentucky fried options.

The food here is amazing! Today I got the pickle fries and was lucky enough to be a taste tester for the bone in chicken that will be coming soon. Size small loaded fry is plenty for one person and was generously covered with delicious sauce and plenty of shredded pickle! Dill lovers, you will not be disappointed! It was super filling! The bone in chicken was delicious. I loved the perfectly seasoned buttermilk batter, it was light and tasty! What I really loved was that unlike other fast food places, it was not greasy at all! I can't wait to try some of the sandwiches next time I'm In town! Thumbs up to the Twisted chicken!

Staff smoking marijuana in kitchen, ruined our food experience, as soon as you walk in the door you are blasted by dope smell. Tried this place multiple times, too support local, have not have a good experience yet. Extremely disappointed as it seems to get rave reviews. When discussing with owner about dissatisfaction, was dismissed.
To clarify, it's not illegal to talk about a bong blast but the customer stated I couldn't believe I hit the bong in the kitchen with staff...
Your business you can run this how you like, but you have lost a customer for life. Not the first time I have been in the establishment and had this experience.
