Drive thru was very fast! Very reliable service.
Always busy here, lots of parking and a big a** drive thru.. once your in, you're in. Lol
I stopped at Delhi location at 7:30 pm few cars a head of us I ordered two frozen lemonade and Diet Coke. Took 10 min to get to the window and the rude lady seems like she was on drugs says I got to take your payment still and make the lemonade you still want it? Of course I do I waited this long she rolled her eyes and was the rudest customer service experience I’ve had at any tims

Wow!! I was at this location yesterday around 4:30 and I have never witnessed anything like this before in a Tim Hortons. I was standing in line to order with a couple other customers and all of a sudden a woman with blonde hair started screaming for an employee to help on the floor. The employee came to help promptly and the “manager” screamed at her again to go help somewhere else as the employee misunderstood where she needed help. After that, the manager was acting very aggressively to employees, she was slamming down receipts in front of a young employee, she was acting intimidating to the young and the old staff. Me, and the other customers in line noticed this and were absolutely shocked she was doing this. I asked one of the staff members what her name was in quiet because i’m sure they would be screamed at by her and her name was Diana. NO ONE should talk to anyone like that in a workplace. Not in front of customers, and not to young students who work there to gain work experience. It is absolutely absurd that Diana is allowed to be a manager at Tim Hortons, I know that people are hard to come by these days in work places but COME ON, you cannot be that desperate that she is a manager!! That woman is definitely not manager material, she creates a tense environment that is very apparent to customers. Tim Hortons, keep in mind that your role in society is partly giving a positive impression on the workforce to young employees as i’m sure your staff is mostly students. Please remove debris that ruin your environment such as Diana.

If you like burnt bagels, this is the place for you! Training in the area so go each morning and each morning they hand us over burnt bagels, even when you ask them to PLEASE NOT burn the bagel 😳. Char is carcinogenic, do better please.

Parking lot, especially the drive through area is a shameful mess, why would you want to damage your vehicle in those huge pot holes

Always 1 cashier but 4 people taking mobile orders with a line up out the door..
You will be waiting 15 min minimum in the mornings ...AVOID THIS TIM HORTO S !!!!!!

On the way we stop by Tim Horton it was amazing service. Fresh and tasty food. Friendly staff. Appreciated for your support.

Rude and poor service. Girl talking drive through order said order at window other then coffee which is very strange. Also closed the window before I complete order. I hope manager pays attention towards service.
Don't bother going in the store. They couldn't be bothered with the customers in front of them, the drive thru is their only focus.

Can someone please come check out this location... They always have like 10 people on the floor standing around not taking orders. On top of that, they dont listen. I asked for a onions parm brioche, they asked me, "the red pepper one" I said no the other one, she said "oh the onion one" then proceeds to give me the red pepper one. Just alittle frustrating.
