Brutal location, always slow no matter how long the lineup, drive thru or going inside

Just spent 10 mins waiting inside for someone to take our order and not one person came! Went through drive thru and ended up waiting for another 15 mins in drive thru! What the heck?!
This seems to be an ongoing issue at this location. Slow service, never having what you want and extremely rude staff!

Wha a joke! You are a coffee and doughnut shop and you have NOTHING available? You can’t get a doughnut at here if you are looking for one they don’t have any ever available any time I come through this useless Tim Hortons. If you’re looking for something to eat or drink, the Tim Hortons in simcoe or tillsonburg always have food you can order and it’s always in stock so I recommend everyone heads to one of them instead.

Service is always so slow. Many of my orders are incorrect. If you know you're a busy location put more people on staff to handle the load.

Spent 30 MINUTES stuck in the drive thru!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE! Every other Tim Hortons can get you through in a reasonable amount of time and there’s no excuse for 30 minutes. I was furious. Thankfully the lady who served me at the window was very pleasant because I was ready to blow a fuse and I am one of the most patient people you will ever meet. I will go out of my way to avoid this location. As I read the reviews this is not a one off or a new problem. Everyone should boycott this location and see if that gives them the motivation to do better.

To add to my review, after reading other reviews they never make hashbrowns on Sunday mornings for some reason when that is probably the busiest day for breakfast whoever’s in charge of making them simply isn’t because they’re too lazy to. And whoever the owner is, obviously none of this is concerning you, because I’ve been going through reviews from over 5 months back having the same issue that you have “replied to” and this has been an ongoing issue that you haven’t solved.

Not sure who was taking orders on drive through around 11:40 am Sunday October 12th this morning but she was insanely rude. Everything we tried to order she said they were out of, and when we asked “ what do you guys have then” she replied in a very snarky tone “i don’t know I just got off break” just because you hate your life doesn’t mean you have to be rude to everybody else.
Every single time I come here and try to order something they always say they’re out of something they never fail to claim they’re out. And if they aren’t out of something they will mess up your order wether it’s not enough cane in the ice coffee or your coffee is burnt and then your getting a mouthful of coffee grounds from the bottom of your cup, like what happened to us LAST Saturday morning so whoever was working the morning on October 4th learn how make coffee without coffee grounds in it and learn how to put extra base in a ice coffee when a Customer asks for it.
Every Sunday for the past couple weeks we have tried ordering a farmers wrap and they always say they’re out of hash-browns eggs or something every single time, but the one day I went in later that day around 2pm they had a whole entire tray of hashbrowns cooked in the back. Why not cook them during the breakfast/morning rush? It makes no sense. And I’m starting to think they claim they’re out of something so they don’t have to make it.

There is NEVER product. Doesnt matter what time of day it is. The wait times here are horrible! Expect 10-20 mins for a small order.
