I've given this place many chances only because they are local, but the food has always been okay and the chicken is always sodden. They need to step it up or The Dream of Helena will put them out of business.

We thought we'd give our local Chinese food place another try after a few disappointing orders over the last few months. Well I wish we hadn't. Not sure how you can screw up chicken balls and fried rice but they managed to. The chicken was way over deep fried and so was the rice. It was borderline inedible. This was our last time ordering form here. I guess we will have to drive to Ingersoll or london unfortunately. Just awful.

Was very disappointed tonight. We've ordered from here many times and it had been consistently good. Tonight more batter, hardly any chicken, veg fried rice dry, general tao chicken not enough sauce and spring rolls under done. Called thinking new cook but nope, just a bad meal. Won't be going back

3rd time ordering from here. First 2 times were great. Ordered Christmas Day. PU 4 o’clock and requested hot hot and I didn’t care if I had to wait. Got there at 3:40. 1 bag I had to wait for, maybe 5 minutes, second bag had been sitting since before we walked in.
Cold cold cold . Very disappointing. If you can’t make it hot don’t take so many orders.

Battered shrimp were pretty good but the beef in the beef with broccoli was unidentifiable. It turned to mush in our mouths and after one bite we threw the rest out. Total waste of money. I will drive to London next time I want Chinese food.

Food: we ordered dinner for 3 and it was $47 total, it was the smallest portions I've ever seen. All of the food items taste freezer burnt. The peas are white, the rice is dry and the broccoli was wilted with no crunch. The pork was chewy like cartilage and the chicken balls were not even ball shaped. I'm so confused. The red sauce was clearly watered down. The best part was the egg roll they pre purchased and fried.

Service, a child greets you. The lady gets on a microphone behind what looks like a movie theatre booth from the 60's.
Atmosphere: there are 3 bicycles, a lawnmower and a dirty kitchen table that has a coffee maker on it.

This food took 10 minutes, I took a phone call after I ordered my food. This much food should take a minimum of 20 mins to cook from scratch. I've never not wanted seconds before. I wish I didn't try this place.

My fortune cookie said that I deserved to have a good time after work....turns out I had the worst time

Decent enough food, not the greatest but for a quick meal that you don't have to cook it's tasty enough.

Worst chinese food ever, would rate in the minus. My garbage can received almost all. The chicken wasn't cooked, it was slimy.

The food was awful. The rice was under cooked and the food had an awful after taste. I tossed it. Save yourself and get something else.
