After new ownership took over in the last year, this location has become a place I will no longer support. The first time i went in was this spring and I asked the clerk to ensure the bun was fresh. The sandwich maker assured me is was baked the same day. I took the sandwich to go and found the bun had to be at least 2-3 days old. I tried the location again in early summer and the clerk had no idea how to make the sub. I had to instruct the girl myself! The items were insufficient and the quality poor. I will not be going back, but will drive to another location if I want Subway.

Worker was on the phone with headphones entire time and had to ask for clerification a few times with toppings...also stingy with toppings!

Biggest pet peeve at subway- when they don't remove the cores of the banana peppers.

Ordered using the App for pick up... we live outside the village. Upon getting home discovered our subs were made wrong. Wrong bread on each. Not a matter of switching the buns as each were different sauces and toppings. I called the restaurant to advise I would like to be compensated. Of course they offered to remake but I was not going to drive back into town for that and suggested just to refund or give credit. Nope couldn't do that. Took my number and said manager would call me the next day between 10 and 11 am. No call happened. Bad service in my opinion.

Wanted to get a cute Valentine’s Day with my girlfriend, got 2 subs on the app went in picked up get home. Both subs toppings are flipped and unfortunately she is vegetarian so couldn’t eat the sub with her toppings.

Employees chatted in the back and washed dishes while we waited for around 10 minutes. Made some noise as maybe they didn’t hear me us come in, they continued to work right beside the door where we were in their direction eyeline and refused to even look in our direction. Finally I politely had to say excuse me to which both employees gave us dirty looks, they came out and didn’t say a word. Then the entire transaction looked at us like they hated us, rolling their eyes, loudly sighing, and sneering. No hello, no have a good day, not even a nod of greeting. Absolutely abhorrent customer service, I have never felt so unwelcome in a store. Especially in a small, friendly town like Dorchester.

I'm Brazilian and my English isn't very good yet. There were 2 employees in attendance and they treated me very badly and without patience. The bread was very dry. It was at the Dorchester, Ontario unit

The staff are nice enough, the location is always clean, but they tend to stack the chairs and wash the floors at 7pm when they are listed as being open until 10. One thing that will make me not come back is the fact that no matter what time I come, the bread is NEVER fresh. They have a cabinet full of bread at 5pm on a Tuesday, and all of it seems like it was baked the day before. Very disappointing as the bread makes or breaks the sandwich and it’s not cheap anymore. Almost $15 just for a 12- inch sub, no combo. Also, the employees need to wash their hands before putting on a new set of gloves, especially when they come from the back and were doing god knows what. Your dirty hands just made the gloves dirty. I’ll drive into the city to get a better experience.

I ordered 2 footlong coldcuts. When the girl put the meat on the bun she just threw it on and it was sideways on the bun. Her coworker came up because more people came in. I asked her if she could straighten it. She did , but then it wasn't much better. I got them to go. We went to a park to eat and when we unwrapped them neither were cut all the way through. Just the top bun.. We had to divide them by tearing them apart. What a mess. I have heard this from other people.

Very dirty inside and the vegetables look like they have been sitting out for a long time. Employees wear same gloves while handling cash, utensils, bins and grabbing customer's food.

Went to the subway location and absolutely loved the service. The ladies there were so nice so accommodating with all of my requests and overall the restaurant is very clean, including the restroom. I recommend this subway location to anyone in the area or anybody passing by the city. 10/10!!!
