Good location if you're in the far east end of London or passing through Dorchester on way to the 401 highway.
Lots of seating inside. Restrooms available.
Standard subway food choices. Bread was fresh. Servers seemed to skimp with meat and toppings compared to other Subways I've been in.

I stopped by this Subway today and was really disappointed, Not only was the food below the usual standard, but the service was worse. The old
Lady staff member serving me could use some basic courtesy and customer service training. A paying customer shouldn’t be met with judgmental looks when all they’re doing is ordering a sandwich. A smile and a little respect go a long way. When a customer is paying for a meal, they deserve respect and decent food, not attitude.

If you’re going to ask for a tip, at least step up your service at least a little bit! Just dealt with the most miserable woman that couldn’t be bothered to provide a decent experience. The scoops of protein weren’t full scoops and the instructions I gave for toppings were ignored. Thanks for making my family feel like an inconvenience. Maybe considering getting out of the hospitality industry if you can’t even fake a smile. ✌🏻

After new ownership took over in the last year, this location has become a place I will no longer support. The first time i went in was this spring and I asked the clerk to ensure the bun was fresh. The sandwich maker assured me is was baked the same day. I took the sandwich to go and found the bun had to be at least 2-3 days old. I tried the location again in early summer and the clerk had no idea how to make the sub. I had to instruct the girl myself! The items were insufficient and the quality poor. I will not be going back, but will drive to another location if I want Subway.

Over charge customers on purpose, really stingy with the portions. Would not recommend
Worker was on the phone with headphones entire time and had to ask for clerification a few times with toppings...also stingy with toppings!
Biggest pet peeve at subway- when they don't remove the cores of the banana peppers.
Ordered using the App for pick up... we live outside the village. Upon getting home discovered our subs were made wrong. Wrong bread on each. Not a matter of switching the buns as each were different sauces and toppings. I called the restaurant to advise I would like to be compensated. Of course they offered to remake but I was not going to drive back into town for that and suggested just to refund or give credit. Nope couldn't do that. Took my number and said manager would call me the next day between 10 and 11 am. No call happened. Bad service in my opinion.

Wanted to get a cute Valentine’s Day with my girlfriend, got 2 subs on the app went in picked up get home. Both subs toppings are flipped and unfortunately she is vegetarian so couldn’t eat the sub with her toppings.

Employees chatted in the back and washed dishes while we waited for around 10 minutes. Made some noise as maybe they didn’t hear me us come in, they continued to work right beside the door where we were in their direction eyeline and refused to even look in our direction. Finally I politely had to say excuse me to which both employees gave us dirty looks, they came out and didn’t say a word. Then the entire transaction looked at us like they hated us, rolling their eyes, loudly sighing, and sneering. No hello, no have a good day, not even a nod of greeting. Absolutely abhorrent customer service, I have never felt so unwelcome in a store. Especially in a small, friendly town like Dorchester.
