It’s very disappointing how far down hill our local Tims has gone… the food is just awful. My mistake for ordering a bagel at 5pm though. It could’ve been used as a hockey puck at the arena across the street. The staff were very friendly and polite at least. Also, too many flies. I know it’s hard to control in the heat of summer, but gross that they’re all over the food like that.

I ordered two crispy chicken habenero wraps on august 9 around 5:40 the chicken seems like undercooked. And i ordered strawberry watermelon quencher with very light ice the quencher tasted like water so i went back and told them they gave me another one with sparkling water. I didn’t ordered with sparkling water. Terrible service. Paid 20 bucks not worth it.
