Yelling at employees in front of customers is uncalled for. Making the workers take orders as small as a bagel outside to the parking lot for waiting customers to keep drive-thru times lower with no warm weather clothing or high visibility should be regarded as incredibly unsafe...

There isn't much to say when you go to the same location 3 days in a row and you still can't get the order right. Steeped tea but get a coffee instead, get a coffee it's black not 1 sugar 1 milk or order a bagel with cream cheese but you get a plain bagel toasted.
McDonald's can't come any sooner I guess!

Worst Tim Hortons around. Just grabbed a large order and they forgot my coffee. This happens allll the time here. Time to complain to head office about this location. If you’re going to renovate your building, renovate your customer service and staff. Thank god McDonalds is coming to town shortly!!!
This review is not so much for Tim hortens but for my local Tim hortens in dorchester. 2147 dorchester road. Everyone knows me and is super friendly, I get multiple good mornings and some chit chat. One guys smile is contagious and I am happier everytime he is in there but the ladies too, he just isn't there all the time. It is night and day to what it used to be with the old management, the place was toxic even as a customer, couldn't image working there, I watched one lady lay into a woman hard for making a mistake on a drink I know no one orders. No one used to know how to make it when I ordered and she just put cream instead of milk in a iced latter, not a big deal

5 stars to the employees who are hard-working and doing their best. One star to the management who are so rude to their employees right in front of customers - I can’t imagine how tough it would be for the employees to work under that management.
