I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons! I ordered a French Vanilla and a Cilantro Lime Chicken Wrap, and both were absolutely delicious, fresh, perfectly made, and served just right.
Special thanks to Jashan and Pankti for their friendly and welcoming service, they were polite, efficient, and made my visit really pleasant.
The ambience of the store is cozy and clean, with warm lighting, comfortable seating, and a relaxed atmosphere, a perfect place to enjoy a coffee and unwind. Definitely one of the best Tim Hortons locations I’ve visited!

They didn’t give me the cheese pizza, saying that they close so early, and that their Tim Hortons shuts at 11 PM, but if we come at 9 25 PM, then they can’t give it to us. And also, nothing else is available because they’ve shut down the machines and only have coffee. the manager there, whose name wasJashan Bhullar , said, “Go ahead and note my name, it’s not a big deal, Tim Hortons is mine.” So, writing a review, the service at Tim Hortons isn’t that great

I ordered a Habanero Chicken Bowl with double chicken, and I don’t know why they gave me half a bowl — barely any food! It had a little bit of rice, veggies, sauce, and almost no chicken. When I asked if this was supposed to be the extra chicken, the lady just said, “Yes, it’s extra.” Like seriously? They’re charging $15 for this tiny bowl with minimal chicken? Worst Tim Hortons ever — pathetic service and clueless employees! I wish i can rate ZERO!

Every time I order a head through the app, this place either confuses or mixes app my order or gets my order wrong with a million other peoples. They say they can't see an order number. Everything I always have problems today. I show up They don't have my order at all. And it's always this Tim Horton's never any other Tim. Horns, it's always this one, so my account got charged, but I have no food or drink. So sick of the bad service. Not going to this one ever again and when you order through the app, it something goes wrong, they tell you to go to the store. They're responsible for refunds. I ask them to refund the money they refuse to and are making me call head office. So now i'm out the cost of my order.Never coming back.They're going to hire people.They can at least hire people with confidence or who are at least competent

The most disgusting bathrooms in the local area. As a local, I have not been in there in years. This place has really gone down hill. From now on, I will risk a speeding ticket to get home rather go into this building.

I was at the drive-thru on Oct. 4 around noon, and I received outstanding service by the worker at the window. He engaged in conversation, and my order was completed very efficiently. I didn’t catch his name, but I wanted to make sure this didn’t go unnoticed.
