I was here on June 29th at 7:58 pm to have a snack and study. The workers behind the counter were playing heavy metal music and every few minutes using profanity, loud enough for customers to hear very clearly. This really destroyed the atmosphere and is not what one would expect of a small town Tim Hortons.

The Staff at the Dowling location are super friendly, amazing service, and its a very peaceful atmosphere! I'm definitely coming to the Dowling location more often in the morning! But only if I have the cash flow!

Ashton is a kind young man that helped me choose what I wanted to order. He was extremely patient and friendly despite my indecisiveness and I would love to get served by him again. This is what customer service should be like!

One the worst experiences I have had at Tim's.
I ordered 3 bagels toasted with cream cheese and jam. First of all, employees forget jam, and then when the guy who took my order asks him if he did u put a jam, he says no and then adds jam on the side. I was driving 7 hours and had 4 more to go, so say why haven't you added jam inside. The reply is, "we are told not to add jam, just give it on side." I mean, why? Then another guy who said he is manager said because of allergy thing so we don't put peanut butter and jam and I don't understand allergy in jam? I understand PB for juts allergy, but Jam. And if you are thinking about allergy in jam, then there can be allergies to gluetan, lactose in creem cheese, etc. It could be everything you sell.
Just not happy with the response and their vague answer. I had to stay there and add jams in all my bagels then sit in car and eat while driving.
Please do check your SOPs. I have never had this issue at any other time, Hortons.
It would be nice if they gave napkins for the drive-thru orders

Their renovations did not improve their productivity. Do not go there for breakfast if you are in a hurry. They are unprepared so the wait time is crazy and they get the orders wrong anyways. Note: they have gone stawless big mistake for travelers and with kids.

First of all you guys need to do something about those flies flying all over inside your establishment. It’s gross and I’m curious if a visit from the health inspector might do this place some good. Service is fast, but you always seem to mess up my order.

I travel 1000Kms for work every week. This tim Hortons is #1 for worst service and laziness. I sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes without anyone taking my order and there was Not a single person in drive thru and 4 cars total in the parking lot (including staff)
