I ordered 3 bagels toasted with cream cheese and jam. First of all, employees forget jam, and then when the guy who took my order asks him if he did u put a jam, he says no and then adds jam on the side. I was driving 7 hours and had 4 more to go, so say why haven't you added jam inside. The reply is, "we are told not to add jam, just give it on side." I mean, why? Then another guy who said he is manager said because of allergy thing so we don't put peanut butter and jam and I don't understand allergy in jam? I understand PB for juts allergy, but Jam. And if you are thinking about allergy in jam, then there can be allergies to gluetan, lactose in creem cheese, etc. It could be everything you sell.
Just not happy with the response and their vague answer. I had to stay there and add jams in all my bagels then sit in car and eat while driving.
Please do check your SOPs. I have never had this issue at any other time, Hortons.

Their renovations did not improve their productivity. Do not go there for breakfast if you are in a hurry. They are unprepared so the wait time is crazy and they get the orders wrong anyways. Note: they have gone stawless big mistake for travelers and with kids.

I travel 1000Kms for work every week. This tim Hortons is #1 for worst service and laziness. I sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes without anyone taking my order and there was Not a single person in drive thru and 4 cars total in the parking lot (including staff)

All super young people working there.. it was super busy and they are standing behind the counter talking about “taking pictures later”.. then I get my food and it’s wrong, and plus they had nothing available they had to “wait” on stuff to be ready. Nothing ready for lunch rush. it’s just very annoying every time I go, they mess my order up.

Stopped in at 9pm (Monday night sign indicated it closed at 10) and the doors were locked. There was a table of 5 people inside and two staff behind the counter. I knocked on the door and even after making eye contact with customers was ignored. I’m very pregnant and just wanted a snack and to use the restroom on my long drive. :( posting in hope that management sees this and addresses it with the staff.
