I visited this Dairy Queen on Saturday, September 27 around 12:30 pm with my family. The cashier was aggressive and very impolite. First, she rudely told us it was cash only, then said there was no chocolate ice cream. Her attitude made my wife and daughter feel very uncomfortable. This was a disappointing experience — I won’t be coming back and I don’t recommend this location. I am open for any further conversation with management.

Hands down my favorite DQ location in Toronto! They are generous with toppings, making treats from this location tastier than other DQs in the city. Cakes and sandwiches always in stock and ready for quick pick up. Such a pleasure seeing Vic for friendly customer service!

They always cheap out on toppings, I got like 5 pieces of cookie dough in my LARGE mixing bowl blizzard, some other times before, I would be swimming in vanilla ice cream only without any toppings after I ordered a medium Reese blizzard. Compared to other locations, toppings are noticeably fewer.
I ordered an ice cream cake (I even had a conversation with the gentleman on the phone about the toppings on the cake) and it did NOT look like the picture on the website - it was very bare bones. Not only that, but the couple behind the counter then proceeded to tell me they cannot sell the cake the way it’s shown on the website to me because the lady wrote “happy birthday” around the top of the cake (in an arc shape) and that they will throw it in the garbage if I don’t take it. I left it because i didn’t want to buy something which isn’t what I ordered (she refused to add the additional whipped cream and Reese peanut butter cups). I ended up going to Baskin Robbins and got the cake I wanted. Terrible customer service!

The couple who run this location are so lovely and wonderful. Obviously the products are delicious but the service from them is what keeps me coming back. I'll be coming back for a banana split!
