Unprofessional service.. I called the second I placed an Uber order and I requested a different item in my blizzard. This is outrageous. They said the delivery guy “already picked it up” they completely lied. How can they make all three orders and give it to the delivery driver in under three minutes? What was the reason for lying? Completely unsatisfied and disappointed. I tried calling again but they hung up on me. Will not be ordering from here again

The worst Dairy Queen I’ve been to. They don’t even have a microwave to heat up the brownies then go in the original recipes of dairy queen, lady was making excuses that the recipes have changed and we don’t carry those brownies anymore

Location was very busy when I went on a Sunday evening during that hot April weather we had. Don't know how busy it will be during the summer though.I bought a couple of small Blizzards and they all were melting pretty quick. Never had that happen before. At least they were tasty.Parking is a bit of a challenge in this plaza so keep your eyes open of cars and random idiots just walking wherever they feel like doing so.

Flavour-less ice creamNot sure if this is true of all Dairy Queen’s. We ordered the new fruit flavored dip cone and the Oreo brownie cuptacular. The ice cream for both was flavour-less. All I tasted on the Sunday was Oreo cookies and a two-bite brownie. Everything else just tasted like sugar; there was no vanilla, “milk”, or “cream” flavour, which defeats the purpose of ice cream.In their defense, the products looked as they were advertised. But two stars removed for the taste. Likely not coming back.

It's too bad the servers don't really care and will just handle your ice cream like it's dogfood.- Misinformed about Blizzard of the Month- Shoved my bliz with a cold drink lid- No upside-down flip- Melted ice cream was more like cold soupAll in all, a decent DQ. Don't expect fireworks.

Yeah, I got your message and wanted to give another chance to that branch of your store. (626 Sheppard Ave W). The same male worker the same things happened against humanity! As soon as he saw me he started laughing and wanted to take my order. But due to this, I didn't even order and leave the store again. It was the last time. Will never ever to DQ. Until this man is going to be sorry for what he did!
