As an Uber Eats/SkipTheDishes driver, I understand how demanding our job is, but my experience at this location has been disappointing. Orders are consistently delayed, adding unnecessary stress to an already challenging job.
One incident stood out in particular: at midnight, after waiting a long time in the drive-thru, I asked about my customer's order. Despite the food being ready—I could see the bag with my order number—they refused to hand it to me. Instead, they insisted on teaching me how to pick up the order from a different window.
This kind of treatment is unprofessional and inconsiderate. Delivery drivers are already under pressure from customers and companies due to late deliveries and low pay. We don't need additional hassle or bullying from restaurant staff.
I hope this feedback encourages the staff to be more supportive and efficient when working with delivery drivers.

I always check my order before leaving because they’re always missing an item. And the one time I forget to check, they miss and item. It’s honestly tiring always having to check to make sure the order is correct especially since they’re always missing tell me to park. You’d think they would least get ur order correct since you’ve been asked to park and wait.

I ordered a Big Mac combo, as soon as I pulled out of the drive through I had a few fries that were stiff and oily, taste. I then had a sip of my coke that tasted watered down. I had to go back and ask for fresh fries and it still tasted awful only difference was that they were hot. The Big Mac was room temperature. The bun was hard to chew through. This was the most absolute worst experience I ever had in my 39 years of experience having mc Donald’s!

Cold fries , chicken sandwich horrible hard bread and chicken ask for extra sauce zero , but they like to charge extra money , bad attitude , no patience , very sad you pay for the food nothing is free , get new people that really feel like working

October 2023 Worst mcdonalds ever, they don't seem to be capable of filling orders correctly, always check your food before you leave, or you'll end up with the wrong order or a half eaten order. I definitely won't be going back there, I ordered a fish filet today and got a piece of greasy chicken in a mashed up box, as though it was someone else's half eaten order, how is it possible to do that? If I could give no stars I would, buyers beware if going to this location. CHECK YOUR FOOD!!
Update: Nov. 2024 My last review was about a year ago, went to this location today, since I hadn't been there in months, was driving by and decides to stop, and of course nothing has improved, i ordered a simple large fries, asked for extra salt, was told not possible, fine, also asked if the fries could be fresh, she says yes, went to the window to pay for the my fries to see the basic drive thru girl talking about me because I asked for extra, salt, I could hear here through the window cause her big mouth was loud, didn't realize asking for extra salt was a big deal, addressed the service person about it, for her to give me some bull excuse that she wasn't talking about me, paid for my, none fresh fries, that tasted bland and like they had been sitting all day, I am so done with this McDonald's, they are useless! I WOULD NOT SPEND MY MONEY AT THIS LOCATION!!
