Customer service and food handling is so bad in this location. I order chipotle mac wrap with grilled chicken. But the wrap maker put bacon in it. I don’t eat bacon, when I go and ask, they just said sorry and told me it is a mistake. They’re gonna refund my money back. I already ate half of the wrap with bacon.. this restaurant have to do food and safety training for everyone who work in this location including manager before cook and serve to people. Normally I don’t take time to write some bad comments. But this is unacceptable. I’m really pissed off with this location. I don’t wanna visit this location again.

I placed my order ($23.36) which included 2 chocolate chip cookies. I went to the first window PAID, went to the second window to pick up my food. As the young lady (friendly indian girl) gave me my smoothie and food, someone inside told her there were no cookies. she then asked me if I could wait 3 minutes as there were no cookies. I said to the girl “ugh ok I'll wait but add a third since I have to wait.” She was like wait she went to go ask a manger (black older lady). The indian girl said she wants 3 since she has to wait. I heard the manager (black older lady) say who wants three she repeated herself like she had no sense. Then I was like, “me the customer is asking, no one mentioned there was no cookies now you want me to wait” the black manager says, “Oh you can't demand a cookie, I'm not going to give it to you for demanding” This we where I lost it and I cussed her and told the girl to run me back my money for the cookies. Then because I was yelling a white manager (with an accent who was lovely) provided me with my money back. I was super pissed because who the hell does the black manager think she is talking to. I did not demand anything, her worker stated she wants 3 cookies for the wait (I paid for 2, give me 1 for the wait that equals 3). Anytime I have gone to Mcdonlds or any other fast food establishment and it's there error they give the customer something for the wait as an apology (cookie, apple pie, apple slices etc). Had I have known form when I placed my order that there were no cookies I would not have paid for them. It's not till I'm getting my food I'm told there was none and then you as a manager have the nerve to tell the customer if your demanding the cookie I'm not giving it to you (Again I demanded nothing, I asked the employee). Even when I was getting the refund the black lady (manager) is going on in the back I could not hear her words but her mouth was running and the indian girl was saying, “sorry miss, its ok sorry”
That was so rude and very unprofessional and that set me OFF. I don't know who this lady thought she was talking to but I'm not the one. I do not like this location as some managers and some of the workers of colour are rude- no customer service skills at all (this is coming from me a black Woman) I have seen it done to other customers and it has happened to me. Which is why I don't go to this location. The only reason I stopped there was because I had to pick up my son from practice and he said he was so hungry and didn't want to wait till we got to the McDonalds closer to our home. The store manager needs to really do an intense training with the managers and crew trainers cause the behaviour of this particular location starts from the top. I was so heated and had to write this review because this is not acceptable. Signed a very anger customer McDonalds Jane and Finch you need to do better.

Food was lukewarm and not very fresh, and the dining area needed better cleaning. Service felt rushed and not very friendly. Definitely not the best McDonald’s experience I’ve had.
My experience was worse. I was eating inside together with my 2-year old daughter at around 4pm. A lot of teenage students stayed here and yelling and quarelling to each other. The guard was just watching them doing nothing. My toddler got traumatized by these teenagers.. Don't come to this place. Too much undisciplined students during after school.

The girl working the night shift is awful. They're practically discrediting McDonald's.
Would give it 0 stars if I could. Waited 15 min at the drive through BEFORE I could place my order. They kept saying the were busy or were coming. But it was 1:20AM and the place was empty. There ended up being a 7 car line up behind me as we were all just waiting.
