Honestly one of the best coffee shop experiences I’ve had. The two baristas were so sweet and accommodating. I truly hit them with a crazy girl Starbucks order and they came through with one of the best coffees I’ve had. They blended my ice coffee without hesitation when I asked! Not to mention such a cute environment to sit and sip your coffee. If we weren’t in a rush we would have just sat and enjoyed our coffee in the cute little café. They had a lot to offer, amazing baked goods, ice cream, breakfast and lunch menus, bagged coffee, and handmade ceramic mugs for purchase. That all being said… we will be back!

Every town needs an ice cream parlour, and Dayton has come through big time with A la mode. Serving up good Kawartha ice cream and lots of other food and treats being served up. I had two big scoops of black cherry on a cake cone at a reasonable price. The building housing this shop is interesting and older brick clad, solid, like they used to build them. Tastefully decorated inside with some cool historical pictures and accoutrements. The staff is very helpful and friendly as well. I’ll be back for sure!

They have really good coffee! I come here every week and I haven't found anything on the menu that I don't like... One of my favourites is the breakfast sandwich on a bagel with avocado tho. It is absolutely incredible!
