The name chop house you think they could cook a steak? Nope sent back twice and still wasn’t right. Why serve a steak covered in gravy. Server was nice but that’s all this place has going for it. Never will visit here again.

I have never eaten here. I have been told the food is excellent. I probably won't have that chance due to a bad experience. I purchased a gift certificate for a 50th wedding anniversary gift. The gift certificate was supposed to be texted to the bride on June 7 at 8 p.m. The certificate did not arrive to the people on time. I went into the restaurant to clear this up and possibly get a paper certificate. I was told everything would be fine as long as they had a copy of the confirmation receipt. None of that went on when they went to have dinner. They were hassled when they tried to redeem.

Exceptional service and good food. There was 15 of us and the staff handled it perfectly. Food came out all together (which most restaurants can't achieve) and it was still hot. Our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. I took a picture of most dishes and they all looked amazing. All of our friends said each dish was delicious. Great job Drayton Chop House

food atmosphere are good. Service has been consistently slow. ordered a virgin daiquiri and they charged me the same price as a regular daiquiri. Won’t be in a hurry to go back any time soon.

Drayton Chop House really hit the spot! I tried the chili chicken naan with rice, shrimp fish tacos, and the pork schnitzel—and every single dish was delicious. The flavors were bold, the portions were just right, and everything was served hot and fresh. The beers were honestly some of the best I’ve had in a while—great selection! The vibe was relaxed, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back for more!

Husband went in tonight to get takeout, around 9 pm ordered toffee cake mozza sticks and a rib sandwich with fries. Every single piece of food we got was Cold, first noticed the cake was cold and no marinara for the mozza so went back in so they can right their wrong, got marinara and got back the same cold cake back thrown in the bag. hubby went to bite into his sandwich ribs were cold. Couldn’t even eat it. We like to support local but the lack of customer service is absurd. We will not be back and won’t be recommending to anyone We paid $65 to not be able to eat any of it, don’t waste your money like we did
