This place is going downhill fast. I just experienced some of the worst customer service EVER. I use to order from here all the time but I'll never eat here again. The panzerotti I ordered wad 1/2 the size it normally is and when I brought it in to show them thinking it was some mistake or maybe someone new had possibly made my order the owner girlfriend yelled at me and threw the box of food back at me across the counter. As a small business owner myself I was appalled at her behavior. We all have bad days but this treatment was simply unreasonable. You don't stay in business long if you treat customers this way. Shameful. BEWARE
Their wings are amazing. The pizza is pretty good too!

Waited over 2 and half hours for delivery and my food is still not here. I’m only 10 minutes away from them. No apologie or any way of trying to make it right. Will NEVER order from here again. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

You really need to hire more delivery drivers. Your food is amazing but waiting 2 hours for it is a bit much
Love their food. But would be nice if they took their time while you’re ordering. Very rushed and causes lots of mistakes.Also customer service could be better. Asked for a honey garlic on the side. They gave me honey mustard. When I brought back and asked for the right sauce they said they were out. And walked away. Asked for a refund and another employee said here we have some and it was fire and ice . So the wrong sauce again

Hands down an incredible bacon and cheeseburger.Pizza, no matter what size or toppings, is always cooked right and delicious.Absolutely love their fries and calzones (not panzerotti).They have different sauce options for my allergies and the only time I got the wrong toppings on my burger, they corrected it fast and delivered it to me at no charge.Had trouble with my walker and the nice lady helped open the door and get my walker down the steps.Delivery drivers are always friendly no matter who you get.Always a great ordering experience!My son also approves their food, which coming from an 8 year old, is great!
Dietary restrictions: They offer substitutes for my tomatoe allergy.
Parking: If you have to park across the street, depending on what time it is, you may have to wait a but to cross. Unless the spots are open on the same side as the restaurant.
