I ordered a $9 protein bowl from Subway and was really disappointed. The portion was very small for the price, and on top of that, they didn’t provide even the basics — no napkin, no spoon. For something marketed as a protein bowl, it felt incomplete and not worth the money. Definitely expected better service and value from Subway.

Food is fine. Unfortunately you rarely get acknowledged when you come into the store, and some of the staff aren’t too friendly - you can definitely tell they don’t want to be there. Doesn’t take much to look up and say “hello,” when the door opens. Maybe some more training on customer service is in order.

It's pretty sad you deal with somebody you say what you want to order they don't listen the woman makes what she wants has the attitude I don't want to be here and you get charged double never going back to Subway in the mornings

I ordered a cold cut sub after eating it I throw up all night long. And the guy who works there with the arm tattoos is always rude every time and puts lease amount of toppings if you ask for extra he takes it as asking for less.
quite literally the worst subway i have ever ordered from, my girlfriend lives in the city so because of the lack of food options we have probably ordered from here over 8 times now, the guy with the Naruto tattoos might be the most low effort employee i have ever had the displeasure of being served by, he is constantly rude and cannot manage to make a sub. The 2 drops of sauce he puts on the OUTSIDE of the sub with 3 pieces of spinach and 2 cucumbers absolutely abysmal low effort service all while being rude as if we are interrupting his phone time from the back by placing a online order and requiring him to actually attempt to put things inside a bun, order different kinds of cookies don't worry he will give you 3 of the same kind because why put any effort towards anything. was served one other time by another gentlemen and it was fantastic just like any other subway i have attended but it seems like the guy with the Naruto arm tattoos works here everyday. Please seek other options this is the worst subway i have been to purely because the only employee who seems to work here is atrocious at his sandwich making job. This is saying something as for me to leave a bad review takes a great deal of lousy disappointing service over NUMEROUS occasions.
