My partner got food poisoning on Thursday from this wendy’s. He was puking for hours, had a fever .. Disgusting..

The guys working the night of Dec. 3rd around 9:45, did such a great job. The food was fresh, it was actually one of the best sandwiches I have had in a while.

It’s our local Wendy’s and would love to leave positive feedback but unfortunately cannot. We visit here regularly and if you can get past the amount of flies in the restaurant and food prep area flying around which is gross.

Our food was hot and tasty this visit. We have received a bun with mould on it before so we always check.

The ketchup dispensers are always empty, we did advise the cashier and she just laughed and didn’t refill it. They always just encourage taking the small packets which are a nuisance.

The tables aren’t usually wiped, floors are dirty. 1 off duty employee was sleeping at a booth by the drive thru when we arrived. Indian-Canadian managed

Cleanliness and especially the amount of flies present at this location are a concern. The tv’s are nice to have to watch the news on CP24.

Arrived to place an order at 10:30 pm (they are supposed to be open till 11pm). Was told they were closed.. I said oh I thought your hours said 11pm. And he responded with well it’s been slow so we’re closing early… no I’m hungry and exhausted and irritated !

I had a salad and was happy with it. However I found it very strange that a cup of tap water was going to be the same price as a soft drink. I declined the pricy tap water.

It's a frenzeitz store that we know well. The burger was warm because the store didn't secrete much. It was a place with convenience stores and Subway. The staff was kind and not bad.

Went inside and placed an order, was given my food and asked where is the rest of the food my friend ordered who was standing next to me. The person who served us was the manager and he responded that we didn’t order anything else.

Yes we did, we ordered 2 burgers and 2 frostys. He started to argue with me that he wasn’t at the counter when my friend gave his order. Confused, I looked at him and said my friend told you what he wanted then I told you what I wanted. You were totally standing right in front of us. The manager continued to argue with me and I said listen it’s not a big deal you obviously didn’t hear us and missed part of the order, mistakes happen just take the rest of the order and let’s move on. The manager said he didn’t make any mistake. So I was like why are you actually arguing with me, like are you serious right now?? if you don’t want to apologize whatever just fix the mistake. He says I’m not apologizing for anything and I didn’t make any mistake. I’m like can you just take the rest of the order and quit arguing. You’re upsetting me now. This is terrible customer service. So we give the order again for a plain burger and frosty. The burger came and it was not plain. Again my friend said “I asked for a plain burger why is there stuff on the burger?” This manager rudely said of course it comes with stuff on it and that we didn’t order it plain.

Omg is this guy for real? Who made this guy a manager? My friend said maybe you should start listening to customers instead of arguing, so why don’t you just give us our money back. The manager rudely said “good, Get out” and threw the money on the counter and immediately turned his back on us and walked away. We asked for the refund receipt and his name and he completely ignored us and walked away. I don’t even think we were refunded the correct amount since I had to pay for two separate orders. He was rude to the customers, rude to the staff and had an entitled narcissistic attitude. Extremely terrible customer service that turned into an argument for no reason and could have easily been rectified, but for the fact that this “manager” thinks he’s perfect and doesn’t have an ounce of humility and lacks any customer service skills. Horrible service experience. Will never return to this location. Someone should seriously reconsider this manager if he has no respect for customers or the other employees. Not to mention the place is one of the most filthy Wendy’s locations I’ve ever been to.

If I had to guess I’d said he’s probably the owners son or relative to be able to get away with this behaviour. If you read the other reviews and look closely it’s pretty clear the 5-star reviews are fake. Not surprising behaviour after seeing how they operate this franchise, they need their friends to give them some fake good reviews.
