Ordered breakfast meal, coffee was burnt the other day. Manager/Supervisor doesn't seem to care and cares more about who's looking at her. Not very clean. Ya youre better off doing what they want which is just not bothering coming in you can do better. There are better Wendy's. If this one gets closed down i wouldn't care.

Showed up at 10:20, they refused to make burgers as they had already cleaned the grill. No frosty. If your not going to provide service until 11pm, you should close up when you are done.

I generally don't leave bad reviews, but I went out of my way to leave this review, hoping the owner sees these complaints and does something. It looks like it's the same experience across the board for most customers. I used to stop here on my way to work for breakfast but the service was soooo unbelievably slow, they were making me late every time I stopped, even if I left early. One time I waited over 15 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. I kept going back because of convenience. Its the only coffee place that I pass by on my way to work before I hit the tri-cities. I didn't want to wait until I got to kitchener every morning for a coffee but now I do. I will never return to this wendys. Every single time I've ordered, the service has been so slow that I begin to get frustrated , and I tolerate alot. I've given this location a couple dozen tries but I finally gave up. I cant be that late to work everyday. It should not take that long to get food out. Unbelievable how long it takes to get your food. One time I went inside thinking maybe I'd get faster service inside but I waited almost 20 minutes for 2 breakfast orders. The bathroom was atrocious and this was in the morning so very few people used it. Used Toilet paper on the floor and no hand soap. Smelled like urine and moth balls. I really don't know how this place is still in business. I've never seen a fast food establishment in such shambles, its actually embarrassing.

This is the nastiest Wendy’s I’ve ever seen in my life, no matter how big of a hurry anyone is in they should never stop here. The restaurant was extremely dirty, and the washrooms looked like they had never been cleaned before, both of the women’s toilets were locked one was jammed, the other one didn't even have the door able lock from the inside. The lighting was broken and you could barely see inside. The inside was terrible, the smell was so bad you could hardly walk in!

FILTHY! SO DIRTY! But it wasn't just the wendys side, it was the whole building!!!
Flies everywhere, windows filthy, floors filthy, and dirt grime collected in the corners of floors, walls dirty Bathrooms revolting!.. stall doors missing, covers of the toilet paper holders missing, water everywhere, soap dispenser missing-so a buck store bottle of pump soap was on the counter. My burger was oozing oil, fries were limp and greasy. I HATE giving bad reviews but this place is so filthy! I can understand places getting busy, or being understaffed... but this dirt didn't happen overnight or because of a bad rush weekend... this is because of perpetual negligence of cleanliness! This place comes off as a business that doesn't care anymore. So sad. Bad representation of wendys and subway.
