Chciken burger came out raw and was told not their fault. Meal cost almost 13 dollars and only gave me 10 dollars back and asked if I wanted a onion rings instead and wanted me to pay for those too

Came down to Dryden from Thunder Bay to visit my mom and we decided to go for a treat around 7:30PM. We went through drive through and were the only ones there, I was unsure of what I wanted so I asked the worker on the intercom if he could give me a moment so I could browse the menu. I immediately was then rushed and then proceeded to go to the window. As soon as I got to the window, the worker with the rose on his hand gave me and my mom a really hard time with poor attitude. And when we asked him to scan our rewards, he rolled his eyes nevermind the blasting music they had on. He then proceeded to hand us our ice creams, while tipping it over and it dripping all over the side of my vehicle. Definitely, not worth the forty dollars and will not be returning again. And if it worked the way I wish it would have, I would have returned everything. And taken my business elsewhere.

No one of the employees wore a hair net or beard net. While wecwere waiting on our food a customer was ipset and demanded s refund after finding hair in his food. The tables in the dining area were filthy we jad to ask them to clean some tables for us to sit and eat at. Will not be back

Little girl at the register seemed more interested in talking with her friend over the headset than doing her job. I ordered a blizzard and paid, she grabbed a cup and started making it and then just stopped to talk about personal things with her friend. Malay, talk to your employees.

Warm amazing food. 8$ meal deal all the way. If every dq had this standard of warm good food it would be everyone's choice before mcdonalds

Terrible service in drive-thru. Rude and not even remotely approachable or polite. Leaves a bad impression if your employees can’t manage minimal customer service during a drive-thru interaction. Place is really starting to go downhill.
