No one of the employees wore a hair net or beard net. While wecwere waiting on our food a customer was ipset and demanded s refund after finding hair in his food. The tables in the dining area were filthy we jad to ask them to clean some tables for us to sit and eat at. Will not be back

Little girl at the register seemed more interested in talking with her friend over the headset than doing her job. I ordered a blizzard and paid, she grabbed a cup and started making it and then just stopped to talk about personal things with her friend. Malay, talk to your employees.

Terrible service in drive-thru. Rude and not even remotely approachable or polite. Leaves a bad impression if your employees can’t manage minimal customer service during a drive-thru interaction. Place is really starting to go downhill.

Stopped here with my buddy Andre and got the double flame thrower burgers, fries and a drink. I love Blizzards and banana splits. Mmmmmmm It’s hardly ever crowded inside the restaurant. There’s lots of parking and you can eat outside.
