We used to love going to Hong Kong restaurant. The food is delicious. Nice servings of food. I'm disappointed that they don't have the buffet anymore. We were told that it isn't affordable for them to put on the buffet after the pandemic but Ho Ho's have continued to put on their buffets every weekend. Can't figure that one out. As well, we've tried ordering numerous times, by phone and dine in and have been refused service by the one waitress saying that they're too busy and they won't be taking any more orders. The sign says they're open until 7 but it wasn't even 6:00 and we were turned away. And it wasn't busy. There was empty clean tables waiting for customers. We love your food but unfortunately after the last recent visit, we won't be back. Not until the one waitress, she knows who she is, is gone. If you can't treat your customers properly, then it's time to retire. Happy retirement. You know who you are. 😠

The older lady waitress was incredibly rude and snappy! Made the atmosphere uncomfortable.
As a non-local, travelling through, the food was honestly mid. Fried rice had no flavour and combos did not have a lot of variety and no substitutions allowed.

Food was excellent and portions are large. It was extremely busy both sit down and takeout so a good idea to order ahead if for takeout.

Excellent food as always, huge portion sizes, and always amazing as leftovers. Not their fault they are so busy, the wait is always worth the food and staff are kind.

Waiting time was a little long but it was worth the wait! So delicious
It was 4:00 on a friday. They would not answer the phone. We went to the restaurant and there were 4 people in the restaurant. We were rudly told they were not taking orders. Very rude service. No online menus. We will not be returning anytime soon.
Our family always orders takeout from here for our special events. The portions are large, the food is always delicious and the staff are nice. This is one of our favourite places in the area. My Auntie asked me to order take out one day for her and then she asked for an order of taco fries…. I was stunned. Taco fries from a Chinese restaurant? lol 😂 Yes she said! They are the best I have ever tried and I order them all the time. That’s my Auntie Liz. I tried them and I was amazed. They are the most Canadian deadliest tasting taco fries I’ve ever had in my life! Damn they are good. My wife likes just the fries and gravy which is pretty good too! Chi Miigwetch for all your hard work. I highly recommend the honey garlic ribs, chefs noodles, and won ton soup!
Poor location. Difficult to find.
