Walk in to get food , we don't do milkshakes , finally got the food after 4 people that ordered after us ,get back to the transport left to go get a parking spot and they forgot the large fry and left the pickles on the burger , when said no pickles , not going back to this mc

Disabled parking across a busy driveway. Doors not accessible. Only one table wheelchair accessible. No phone plugins for charging phones.p

Unfortunately did not catch his name, but the gentleman serving me Thursday morning remade my coffee when I spilled mine on the counter, which was very much appreciated. Friendly service and clean seating area. Mcgriddle and hashbrown were yummy!

Fries were cold and I asked for a burger with big Mac sauce and repeated myself at least six times but they gave me “chicken sauce” so essentially a burger with about 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise on it it was disgusting

Every time I go on the weekends or evenings when it’s students working my French fries look like this. I’ve complained to the store in the past, but obviously standards have fallen incredibly far since when I worked there. Lack of care from employees, lack of quality control and attention from management 👎

Every single time I order hotcakes whether it be in store or delivery they are never hot. Usually barely even warm. Doesn’t seem to matter what time of day either its not hot. They should change the name to coldcakes.
