This place has significantly gone down hill the staff are barely trained. I wanted to order an Oreo muffin yesterday and they girl said they didn’t have any when it was clearly in the display case and there were multiple. Another day I ordered a sausage mcmuffin no egg (because I’m allergic) and add bacon. They also gave me the wrong sized orange juice. When they fixed my sandwich they only gave me the sandwich without the bacon.
Have the seats are broken for years and the bathroom is not up to AODA standards. Seriously this McDonald’s needs to train their staff on what their products look like. They guys in the back actually know what they are doing by the cashiers don’t.

Do not go if there are options. Pulled to the speaker with only 1 car on front of me and waited over 30 mins to get my order. Would have left but was boxed in. Go anywhere else and skip this place. Just passed 30 mins and still not to the window. 40 mins still no food got the opening and got out of there. Worse place ever

Overall want super impressed given that it was early in their day and had only been open. For about 30 mins, I would have expected it to be cleaner but there were tables that were dirty and the woman’s bathroom only had toilet paper in one stall.

I have went here everytime I'm in dryden and that's a lot, everytime the ice cream machine is out of order, the service is horrible as our order is messed up multiple times and the food takes forever seriously am not impressed with how far this place has fallen

We regularly come for supper and the place is so cold we are unable to stay very long. The ketchup dispenser is regularly empty and when you inform the staff they throw the packets across the counter. The cold drinks machine trough is frequently full of spilled drinks. The whole self serve area is dirty and sticky. Service is often slow.
