The service is horrible when you go through drive thru it take forever when they aren't busy in the early morning. Like if you can't deal with 2 lines then close one. We were in line for 15 minutes and they kept taking the other line instead of our side the car in front of us left and went to Tim's because they took 6 vehicles from the otherside and we were there before them. The one girl that works mornings is so rude as well. It's like we are a inconvenience to her. You need people that actually care and actually want to work. Really hate going there. Might have to start going to 711 for coffee.

I stopped twice on my way to and from Thunderbay both times were the worst service I've had at a McDonald's. I ordered online and went in to pick it up. It wasnt very busy but the were customers waiting to have their order taken. There were 5 employees standing in the front behind the counter all talking to each other completely ignoring the costumers clearly waiting to have their order taken. It took 15 minutes for them to finally make my order of an ice cream and a apple pie after I had to ask them if it was coming. The entire time the employees stood around talking to each other not working. When they went to make other people's orders they weren't wearing any gloves and didn't wash their hands. When I finally got my order my pie was completely cold. I am extremely unimpressed with the service especially considering it's virtually the only McDonald's between Thunderbay and Winnipeg. The fact that those employees are being paid to stand around and do nothing is atrocious.

Other than Tim Horton's I've never had a restaurant so consistently screw up orders. Its like the standard at this place is to make things twice since no one can seem to get it right the first time. Cream is not Milk. Grilled Chicken isn't Cripy Chicken, a Big Mac is not a Cheese Burger. Also they seem to have a lot of trouble counting at this store as well. Not sure why the store in the Walmart has it figured out but the major store in town can't seem to add 1 + 1.
Just updating this review. Eight years later and still not a single person at this McDonald's seems to know the difference between milk and cream.
This is seriously the filthiest McDonald's I've ever seen. None of the machines look like they've ever been wiped down, nor do the counters and machines. Obviously they're skimping out on paying a cleaning staff. Ugghhh. Cringy. That's the stuff I can see, never mind what we can't see in the back.

4am, breakfast, but no hashbrowns?? And waited 19 min for 2 egg mcmuffins..??? What did they do to it?? I was afraid to eat it. Very dirty store. Yuck. Slow and dirty. Unbelievable. Won't be back. Ever. Very disappointed.
Edit- just bit into my mcmuffin and got a mouthful of shells. Nice. Thanks, McDonald's employees. Thats just great.

Not my first time stop here ( my son loves McDonald) every time has different problems, this time the soft drink just water only and no ice ,I did ask front cashier and waiting , I have to ask second time then someone tell me no more coke ??? it’s only 3pm , not closing time yet, I’m not sure , maybe because they thinking small town only this McDonald that’s why ?! But it’s looks like very busy place

Food was inedible. Got a grilled chicken sandwich, and it was anemic. It was disgusting. My fiancee got a mocha and it tasted watered down. It was down right disgusting. For 27 bucks this was the biggest waste of money and time.
