Phone Service is terrible: I am phoning to order food and they have a crazy guy chatting about food to order and it just plays on loop until someone answers the phone. I do not know about anyone else, but the volume and constant chatter is too annoying for me!

At first, we wanted to take our food to go, but since the weather was cold, we decided to sit inside the restaurant. Unfortunately, the staff — especially the lady who served us — were very rude and unfriendly. Our order took quite a long time to be ready, and when we sat down, they didn’t serve us properly or even offer water.
What’s worse is that we had visited this same location last year, and the same lady behaved rudely back then too. It’s really disappointing to see no improvement in customer service.
We were just travelers passing through, but this experience completely ruined our impression of Pizza Hut. Definitely not recommended

Needs updating, the whole place looks like a dump, the table finish was sticky, likely from cleaners used on the wood finish. My 7 up tasted moldy, I don’t know if it was the plastic glass or the drink dispenser is not clean. The napkins looked like they come from Mc Donald’s not a nice eat in restaurant. Not the classy Pizza Hut it used to be.

We put an order ahead of time for take out while passing through Dryden. We arrived and only had a five minute wait. The washrooms were clean and available. The lady at the check out counter was fantastic. She was SO kind and polite. Seemed genuine as well. The cheesy breadsticks were a TEN. The best. I also love their marinara. It has a sweetness to it. We had gotten the medium stuffed crust. We were a bit sad it seemed heavy and less fluffy, but that may have been the style of pizza dough is different when you opt to stuff the crust. The pepperonis were crispy and tasty. I’d recommend doubling the pepperoni.
It was priced according to inflation I would imagine.
I would recommend. Parking seems a bit hairy if it’s busy but the lot backs onto Canadian tire so perhaps borrowing would be allowed for a time.
I love Pizza Hut.
UPDATE: came back through on our way home for a dine in meal. Our server was chatty and friendly, we loved our interaction! Also loved the food. This time the hand tossed was a better option. Get the pepperoni lover and you won’t need to ask for extra pep or cheese! The cheesy breadsticks are the best hands down.
