Theyre kiosks werent updated with what food was actually available. They were kinda rude when the wrap I ordered wasnt available. I ok'd a switch to a different sandwich. I thought of it later that there may have been a price difference so I asked. It was only 50 cents refund so I didn't bother taking it, but little things like letting me know and clearer communication overall is what makes good customer service. Next day I went back, enjoyed the farmers wrap...

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience needs to be addressed. The girl (Indian)working at the drive thru counter today(evening) was extremely rude and unprofessional. No greeting, no smile, no basic courtesy — just attitude .I am aware that it can be tiring when they have a lot of customers to deal with.But this is not just a day.If someone can’t handle customer service, then they shouldn’t be working in customer service. Honestly, having fewer staff with proper manners and professionalism is better than having someone who treats customers like they're an inconvenience.Also,they are supposed to let us know if they ran out of things while placing the order,so that we’ll get a little bit time to look at the screen to order something else instead,not just before paying.
What makes it worse is that I’m not the only one who experienced this. My friends and coworkers also had the same issue with the exact same girl. This wasn’t just a one-time attitude problem — it’s clearly how she treats customers.
This happened at the drive-thru, and even after I said “thank you,” she didn’t acknowledge it, didn’t say a single word back — just shut the window like customers don’t matter.I met a lot of people working in places like this ,even I was one of em,but never failed to satisfy my customers.Ive never had any problems with any of the workers before,but this.
The whole interaction was uncomfortable and unpleasant, and it completely ruined the experience. Management seriously needs to pay attention, because this is not acceptable.

Last time we went, they told us the dine-in was open until 10 pm. But tonight my family stopped by for a quick rest and late dinner, and it was already closed at 9:45pm so we just went somewhere else. Kinda confusing, hope you can clarify the hours, Tim Hortons Dryden.

The men's washroom lacks a change table, and my husband had to change our childs diaper in the women's restroom so he wouldn't have to on the floor of a washroom.

Last night i am coming from nigara falls i order two drinks small 3\\3 with espresso and double espresso when i opened the lid from double espresso that was half cup and thats look like a single espresso and i pay for double espresso when i told to the employee then he started the argue with me just because i was asking the right quantity of the espresso right now i am not complaining about him this is for the management and for the manager they are responsible for that that’s my right to get the right quantity if anyone believe that this is a double espresso they can back email to me and i also attached the photos of the double espresso

It’s rare I have the opportunity to say something nice about a Tim Hortons. Everytime I pass through town, no matter what time of day or year, my order is always spot on.

I feel like I’m travelling back to a time when staff actually took pride in their work. The location is always super clean, coffee is always fresh, and my order is always right. This is by far the best location, and whatever the staff and owner are doing needs to be replicated at all their stores. Kudos to staff and management. A++ to all. You deserve a raise and all the tips!

The bathrooms are not that clean, however this is a highly trafficked store. The donuts are always fresh, and the coffee is the temperature of Mercury! The kiosk takes twice as long to order on, just wait in line they are faster. Sure wish their parking lot could be expanded/reconfigured. Difficult to get in and out with large trucks and motorhome.

I appreciate you guys are serving 24 hours but the thing is when someone comes early morning to have something, you guys must give that person the exact same thing he/she ordered. Like coffee instead of steeped tea and tripple- tripple coffee instead of double double. Don’t work like “You Don’t Care what person ordered”. Don’t ruin the taste and mood of anybody.
