Hello everyone, I would like to understand why this is happening, they don’t give us trucks anywhere to park in Ontario, now you can only drive up to Tim Hortons in a passenger car, why can’t they make a parking lot for trucks to go out and buy coffee and have a snack, because truck drivers deliver all the cargo to all regions, but you can’t even drive up to this cafe in a tank, they installed concrete blocks all around so that trucks can’t park, what’s going on??????

I was in the drive thru last night at 11:31 pm . I asked the order taker what you have in menu with chicken and her reply was “why you ask every night whats in the menu . If i told you once why you ask the menu again again”. She was super rude . This was my worst experience at tim hortons till now. She was putting her work frustrations on customers. Even if the customer is speaking quitely and friendly with you , you still show them this attitude . This is literally a disrespect to customer services.

The Boston Cream donut was stale, not fresh, and the cream tasted funny. It's probably the worst donut I've ever had from a Tim Hortons. Drinks were good, but service forgot about that part of the order and had to ask again after I waited for a while. I liked the atmosphere but it was pretty empty.

Customer service doesn’t seem to be their forte. Simple communications such as, “hi, one moment” instead of ignoring cars in the drive thru would go a long way. Tasty enough coffees. Got our order right.
