I usually come here, but my husband went this time and asked for a candy cane hot chocolate and he came home with a white hot chocolate. I don't mean to sound childish but I was really craving a regular candy cane hot chocolate and now I'm pretty bummed out.

Today morning I went there to grab an iced coffee, I clearly told her medium iced coffee with extra cane and cold foam on it. She first handed me an iced capp. I told her I ordered an iced coffee she then goes and brings me iced coffee without cold foam when I tell her that she took it again and gave me iced coffee with whipped topping on it. After that I just gave up on it. All I ask is please pay attention to what you are doing. I just wanted my coffee made right.

The store is always out of items… it’s not worth stopping there. It’s best to drive to Shelbourne.

Pull in almost 20 minutes before close. They sell us stail donuts. Refuse to sell sandwiches from the money as they say " were closing soon so we're not making anything". They place is filthy and has a bunch of bad attitude employees playing around and joking like they're in a high school cafeteria, instead of working. By far one of the dirtiest, laziest Tim Hortons we've had the displeasure of visiting.
Parking: It's in a gas station, so parking is a non issue.
Wheelchair accessibility: Has double big doors with no steps.

Getting tired of these businesses just trying to push you to the side because they can't do their job quick enough but they don't want to get in trouble because of the counter on the drive-thru. So they asked you to pull out of the way and park somewhere where they don't even have parking for customers so that they look better pretending like they hit their time. Guys are a bunch of goofs
