The staff operate well in the tight quarters they’re provided, they face a lot of traffic for the size of the location. You can only fit so many employees on the floor and the lack of space limits the teams true potential.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place has gone down hill!!! I tried to order a mango frozen lemonade that the app (setup to your location) said you carry. Well you don’t. Then I ordered two strawberry frozen lemonades (rang me up) and she handed me two strawberry watermelon quenchers and it was not what I ordered. Then proceeded to tell me you guys don’t carry it the strawberry frozen lemonade. Well guess what it is on the app once again and frankly every other location carries them. This is horrible and sad because this is not the first time I tried to order something and you magically don’t have it anymore. Consistency is key specially for a small town time Hortons.

Place was packed. Line up was ridiculous, service was slow and food wasn't great. Donuts were old and dry. Washroom and entire place was disgustingly filthy. Would not recommend!!
Lady at the front was extremely racist. My family including my grandmother treated her with respect and she was quite disrespectful. Wasn’t even that she was upset as she was polite to the white customers in line. Be careful who you hire! Her name was bonnee
