Place was packed. Line up was ridiculous, service was slow and food wasn't great. Donuts were old and dry. Washroom and entire place was disgustingly filthy. Would not recommend!!

Lady at the front was extremely racist. My family including my grandmother treated her with respect and she was quite disrespectful. Wasn’t even that she was upset as she was polite to the white customers in line. Be careful who you hire! Her name was bonnee

Very poor customer service.
We waited for 30 minutes, only to find out they had lost our order. The staff seemed confused and unsure of what to do, looking at each other without taking any action. Very disappointing experience.

Fellow co-workers and I have been going to this tim hortens for over a year, as it is closest to us. I generally don't like to leave bad reviews, but I feel it is the time. The service is abysmal. I order a coffee mocha personally, and I always get regular coffee. Wouldn't be upset if it wasn't for the fact that a coffee mocha is more expensive than coffee. I either have to ask for it to be fixed, or if I dont have the time I just leave. I would say 90% of the time it gets done wrong. When ive tried explaining it to certain employees, I've had some rude experiences. A lot of the time if I do a mobile order it is not ready and I give plenty of time, up to twenty minutes. And then I stand in line to get it done. Which defeats the purpose if even doing it. Seems to me, most employees here don't care much. However a few do really care and it shows, you guys keep it up. The rest of you need to take some more pride in your job.

Breakfast Wraps & Sandwiches – Quick, filling, and surprisingly tasty for fast-food breakfast. The Farmer’s Wrap is a solid choice.

Inconsistency – Some locations are spotless with lightning-fast service; others feel neglected with slow lines.
Shrinking Menu – RIP to some beloved past items (pour one out for the walnut crunch).

Final – It’s not gourmet, but it’s dependable like that friend who’s always there for a coffee run. Pro tip: Mobile order ahead to skip the line!

Tim Hortons may not be fancy, but it’s ours—and sometimes, that’s enough.
